About this house rental

We live in the best part of Lethbridge, the SOUTH! Streets lined with big beautiful trees, and close to... well everything! The best bakery only a few blocks away (hello donuts!), as well as a beautiful golf course + park down the road. We're a couple blocks from the hospital, great for family or friends visiting a loved one, or a 'mother in law' suite for a new baby, and minutes away from the downtown shops and coulees with walking paths along the river. Or chose to stay in, cause it's lovely here!

The Space: There is a hot tub in the backyard for shared use if you need a good hot soak. Our cat Bean roams the neighbourhood and will lay down for a pet if you’re interested in connecting. We are your upstairs neighbours, so we will be near whenever you need us.... for real, we are just a text away and want to make sure your stay is perfect!

Getting around: We are walking distance to the golf course, Henderson Lake Park, Bakery, Pubs, Corner store, Ice cream, and a beautiful scenic walk along the coulees. Bus stops available near by. Easy driving access... you could go anywhere in this city in under 10 minutes from this location.

Other things to note: We do live upstairs so you will hear us and our two boys from time to time. We also require light cleaning upon check out; dishes to be clean and put away, garbages taken out, and personal food items removed from the space.

This was a fabulous, relaxing and spacious suite. Extremely clean and bright with lovely extra touches and decor. Great communication with the owners and also a nice central location in Lethbridge. I would definitely recommend.

The place was very nice with very friendly hosts. We just used the place for sleeping, breakfast,and the evenings (after supper). We used very little of all the kitchen items, but it seemed like it had all that you would need. The host lived above us, but we hardly knew that they were there.

It was amazing , everything was so clean and cozy. It’s like a 2 bedroom apartment it’s so large. The big advantage was that it was so hot outside that being in the basement made it nice and cool . It had everything in it just like home. When we come back to Canada to visit our friends we’re hoping to stay there again

We stayed at this property for a weekend away girls trip. Great location to shop downtown or at Costco. The suite is immaculate and had everything we needed. We ate out but if we had wanted to cook there was everything we needed, pots pans, spices etc. We would 100% stay here again.

This condo was amazing, it was spotless and provided everything we needed! This condo looks out to the golf course and has a spectacular view of the golf course, canyon and river. I would recommend this condo and would rebook if I am back in Lethbridge

This was a perfect spot for our getaway. The suite was well supplied with anything you might need. Location was perfect. A quiet area but close to shopping/restaurants. Very friendly accommodating hosts. We will keep it in mind for another getaway.

We enjoyed our stay here and appreciated the attention to detail within the suite. There was clearly a lot of effort put into ensuring that guests enjoy a quiet and comfortable stay. The location was central and convenient for getting anywhere in Lethbridge. I’d highly recommend staying here and it’s nice to support a real family versus a hotel corporation.

This property exceeded all expectations. The check-in information was clear and simple. The suite is one of my favorite VRBO's that I'm stayed at. The coziness of the very contemporary suite comfortably accommodated two moms and two adult children that we were visiting during their birthday month. It was a great stay and the hot tub was icing on the cake! Will definitely look to book for future visits :))

We had such a wonderful time and felt right at home. We appreciated every little thoughtful detail so much. The suite is just stunning and very well stocked. The hot tub was such a nice treat; especially in the snow. Tannis, Matt and their adorable children were so sweet and we really enjoyed meeting them. Definitely our go to stay in Lethbridge.

We decided to get away for a few days with friends and rented Tannis and Matt's wonderful basement suite. Wow, what an excellent decision. The place is fantastic, great layout, nicely decorated, modern and bright, comfy beds, the kitchen has everything you need, including a few spices and staples that are above and beyond. The extras like chocolates on the pillows and little candy dish at the back door, extra flip flops to get you to the hot tub, and the hot tub! They have a great yard and we had some nice days to sit outside and enjoy it. They are very nice people, pleasant and accommodating, and the kids and pets were lovely. Can't rate them high enough and we are already looking forward to our next stay.

The property was light, airy and roomy. Its location is close to a lovely park and walking path with restaurants and shopping not far away. We felt welcomed while our privacy was respected. We hope to stay here again when coming to Lethbridge!

We were visiting Lethbridge for our Sons wedding! Our two other sons drove in from Banff and Vancouver for the occasion and it was a perfect space to lounge and visit for the four of us! The VRBO is gorgeous….the space was well thought out and tastefully decorated! It was very well equipped, spacious, comfortable and sound proof and a great location to amenities! The hosts are so helpful and friendly! (Tannis helped me get a stain out of my sons Groomsman white shirt!). We highly recommend staying with them and will definitely stay with them again.

Glad we stayed in Alberta for our annual golf trip that usually includes trips to BC or Montana. Lots of courses around Lethbridge that we will need to come back for and won't hesitate to stay at this property again.
