Easy location, view of the bay, surprisingly quiet
Nice view from the deck of the bay. Separated from the water by a passenger rail line. Don't worry, the train is hardly heard and the apartment complex is very quiet. In fact very few people seem to be about (June visit). Well appointed kitchen with a good array of utensils. Unit is operated by a management company. It appears it was complete renovated about 3 years ago, furnishings too. Easy place to find with easy parking below the unit. A couple of items need attention: door in lower bedroom does not open all the way. The operating manual for the clothes washer is missing.

Stunning Views and ideal location
A fab property with stunning views, the apartment is spacious and well kitted out with everything you can need. We loved the location (nice and quiet) but still within easy access of Deganwy and Llandudno (we walked along the front to both places which takes about an hour to each) We would definitely return without hesitation. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Lovely views, great location
Very modern property with lots of facilities. Great location for exploring North Wales. Loads of room in the property for our 2 children (ages 12 and 14). About 10 minutes drive from Conwy and the same to Llandudno. Would definitely recommend.

Back to Deganwy
This was our first visit to Deganwy since selling our own holiday flat there in 2018. Very nostalgic. Deganwy itself is lovely, never busy even in the height of summer. Lovely walk from the flat, over the railway bridge, along the sea front and back through the village to the flat.
Booking was easy Good directions to find the property.
The flat was beautifully clean and warm, once we had worked out how the heating worked. I rang the owner about the heating and she was very willing to be contacted and very helpful to us as we were not used to the Nest online heating system. There was a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, coffee machine all of which had their instructions available in plastic wallets and all in excellent working order. The kitchen was very well equipped.
The TV was a smart TV although it did not have a DVD player. However we took our own together with the required cables and DVDs. The bathrooms had heated towel radiators and good quality towels and were very clean and well equipped.
We will come again but we will bring our own duvet next time as the bed is a double bed not king sized and the duvet is the same size as the bed which means no spare duvet when we turned on our sides. There were also a few stains on the pillow cases, and duvet covers which should not happen.
We felt that the correct precautions had been taken with regard to Covid cleaning and felt very safe there.

Beautiful view & excellent location
We had a wonderful time at Deganwy beach and highly recommend the apartment. The property is better than it looks in the photos and the view of the water from the living room and kitchen is special. The local beach is a pleasant walk and we liked being in a residential area to escape from the tourists at Llandudno. Amongst other things, we'd recommend a wonder around Conwy town and castle, a drive up to the top of the Great Orme, either first thing or end of the day, as the views are special, a trip over to Angelsey (beautiful) and a trip to the deep slate mines at Blaenau Fest...! We (my wife, and two kids, 5 and 4) only scratched the surface on all the things to try out in the area. We enjoyed eating at Dylan's (fish), Bryn Williams Porth Eirias bistro (breakfast) and take away (to cook at home) from the Centre of Welsh food (farm shop). The property company who manage the property were very responsive and helpful with any issues.

peaceful
The house is lovely and spacious, there were 4 adults and a 17 year old in our party and we had plenty of space. We ate out most of the time but if you choose to cook there is everything you need, pots and pans, utensils etc. The property was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The information books are very useful. That little bit extra that made our holiday was the view from the balcony which was beautiful. Great holiday in a great house, would definitely book here again if we are in the area.

Fantastic view.
Property is in good condition having had a revamp in the last couple of years and it is well equipped for a holiday let.
Parking is a bit awkward for a big car and from the road some of the other properties don’t look too good but this one is on the front line and has a great outlook.

Holiday Cut Short
Our stay was for 7 nights but we had to depart after 4 nights as Covid Lockdown came into effect in the County.
The apartment is very nice as described, the view being fantastic. We catered for ourselves re the Covid situation, thankfully the kitchen is very well equipped.
We were legally able to stay in the Apartment but as nice as it was felt being confined would not be a proper holiday.

Sea View Apartment
On arrival this property was very clean and tidy. It is decorated in a contemporary style and has a large window that leads onto a veranda over looking the sea and beach railway line. Modern kitchen and washing appliances are provided as well as up to date bathroom facilities. Comfortable beds and large wardrobes. Accommodates six people. Good Wifi and information booklets. Ellen was contactable via mobile if needed.

Good central location for exploring the north coast.
Lovely property, comfy and smart. Had all the appliances needed with a young family. I would have liked some extra cleaning materials like cloths, bathroom cleaner etc as we were only supplied with one cloth for everything. I also had to buy extra toilet roll towards the end of the week. Catering for 6 was a bit tricky at times as there weren’t enough large pans/casserole dishes. Overall it was a great property and these were very minor inconveniences.

Fulfilled all our expectations.
Accommodation was perfect for our requirements. Beautiful views accross the estuary which includes the coast line of Anglesey. Plenty of good resteraunts locally with a wide choice of cuisine. Fantastic break away from it all.
