I would definitely rent this place out again. Nice area close to the Village; clean and spacious rental. Out front there is a nice little view of the ski hills and behind is a golfing green for the course. Overall we loved our stay.

I would definitely rent this place again. It is spacious, clean and very nice. Great area, nice and close to the Village. You also have a little view of the ski hills out front.
It would have been nice if the sauna was working. It is advertised in the add, but unfortunately it is not in service. That was a little bit of a bummer. The hot water also runs out fast. The jacuzzi tub was half filled to use by my friend. After that, I went to shower and there was only cold water. I had to wait awhile before I could have a warm shower.

We had the best time, as always! Beautiful updates done throughout which made the experience even better!

The property was perfect for our family of five plus dog for a March break skiing trip. Parts of the property were quite dated and the sauna wasn’t working, but everything else was perfect for our needs. It was a 7-8 minute stroll into Blue Mountain village for all of the activities. We could probably have walked in and out to the lifts, but with a young family we chose to drive the short distance to avoid having to carry skis. Pro tip that the parking lots at the North and South bases are a lot less busy than the main village. Overall a great stay and a great apartment with lots of space and everwe needed. I did see another review saying that the carpet was very dirty, but it must have been replaced or very thoroughly cleaned before our visit as it was spotless.

Clean home with charming furniture to feel like you are living in the '90s again. Staff was quick to respond to any issues we had with the unit.

This unit is quite dated...we had issues with the ac; light switch not working; light bulbs dim; kitchen cupboards are loose; ensuite shower head is not centered shower head is poor; etc.
This unit needs a complete makeover.

Stayed here for a long weekend with the family. Spacious, open condo a short walk to the village for restaurants and the light show. Clean and had everything that we needed to have a nice weekend away from home. Liked having a little backyard for the kids to play in the snow.

We had a wonderful stay here at Wintergreen. The location is perfect, with the walk to the village being less than 5 minutes. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for cooking and sleeping. We would definitely book again!

Cockroaches and dirty dishes
The title says it all. The place wasn't clean. We found several cockroaches during our 2 day stay. Dishes were tucked away inside the cupboards, unwashed from whenever the last guests stayed there. Cleaning practices are questionable at best.
Great location, poorly upkept. Not worth the money.

Rose with thorns
Overall it was very nice place to live and best part of going away for a vacation. But there was no lock on backdoor (glass one ) and also no fire extinguisher was available. Last thing no proper light system

Great place to stay in Blue Mountain
The location was amazing. The size of the place was big and accommodated two adults and four children. The unit was a little outdated. However it worked for our needs. We needed more towels and cutlery and Vacasa was so responsive. They got us what we needed to enjoy our stay!

Great Place
The unit was great. It was clean and the kitchen was stocked with pretty much any appliance you need. I wouldn't recommend using the pull-out bed though. It's old and dirty, but there's enough space in the living room to set up an air bed.

Value for money
Some minor issues but value of money

The place is tired and old.
Cutlery and cups and wine glasses were old and used. Couch was dirty and old. TV was old as well. Place needs to updated to justify the cost.

Room #122 Wintergreen
Great location. Very clean, BUT Place very dated and needs upkeep maintenance. Mirrors hanging off walls, blinds broken in bedroom window, major scuffed walls throughout and sliding door “lock” was a piece of wood.
