Set on the bank of Thu Bon river, within the lush green hamlet of Cam Thanh, and an easy 3km ride from the ancient old town Hội An, Akala Villa reflects the serenity of its unique locale, subtly framing the riverfront setting and providing sweeping views of the river and countryside from most rooms.
Cam Thanh is very much a village where locals still live, work and farm. Guests can stroll around the nearby rice fields whilst soaking in the rural vistas and the river life along the Thu Bon river which offers a unique window into the lives of local fishermen and on-river activities.

Akala Villa itself is built in natural materials of timber, stone and glass and features 6 spacious and luxurious bedrooms, multi-space living and dining areas, a chef’s kitchen, barbecue, an alfresco dining area and a 17 meter swimming pool fringed with a lush tropical garden.
Within the villa itself, guests can choose to lounge by the pool taking in the gloriousness of the Thu Bon river, converse with your fellow guests in one of the comfortable lounge areas, read a book in solitude in one of the 6 spacious bedrooms or on the verandah, book and enjoy a relaxing in house massage and generally soak in their relaxing surrounds.
