It can be enjoyed year round and has enough shaded areas to get out of the sun as well as sunny outlooks to enjoy our amazing weather. Relax all day in the outdoor living area with large sectional couch and outdoor speakers. The whole outdoor area comes alive at night with custom landscape lighting for the perfect backdrop for dinner in the outdoor dining area. The outdoor space features:

* 6 person (4 adult), 8 jet cedar hydrotherapy hot tub in secluded back yard. Hot tub will be covered and locked until waiver is signed

Note: A total separated and dedicated studio at the rear of the property will not be rented to any other guests. The studio unit is 400sq.ft, is accessed by a private gate and entrance and includes a full kitchen (with stainless appliances, quartz counter-tops, European style cabinets), full spa-style bathroom, ductless A/C, all-season outdoor living area with infrared heater and outdoor shower. The studio may possibly be owner occupied but this will be communicated ahead of time and no one will be seen nor any outdoor spaces shared with guests
