Our stay was amazing!

Beautiful hotel, definitely recommend!

Breakfast area had no milk. I think they should be ready for guests with what they need. Specially milk for kids that eat cereal.

Not sure if I will return. I would like some sort of refund.

I would like a one day money back refund because of the experience.

1. We never had our room cleaned during our stay and I understand that the cleaning staff would not come on Christmas day, they should have made up for it before Xmas. 2. I had to send my wife to front desk to front desk to get toilet paper which was very embarrassing.

Great hotel next to DFW

Rooms very really clean, large and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Check-in a 2am very efficient and quick. Very easy access and close to DFW. Breakfast is free. In general highly recommended. Very spacious lobby.

Breakfast was not of great quality but had variety. It was free, so no complaints. Heat system in the room was a little bit loud. Not a big deal

Never again will I book a TRU!!!!!!!

The rooms are always on point.

This is the second time I have booked at a TRU hotel and each time the elevates go out: one was the whole weekend and I was on the 3rd floor. Thank God my family was with me. I did not leave the room at all only for the baseball games. This time it was my last day and I was on the 4th floor. A nice pilot helped me to get down and check out. Needless to say I will never book at a TRU hotel again.

Exceptional

Room was great, blinds were great on keeping the morning light out. Bathroom was nice with the shower shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided.

New place, cool concept, unfriendly staff and mold in bathroom

New hotel concept, new furniture.

Mold at the bottom of the Shower door and under the shower gel. None of the staff ever smiled, night staff or day staff. None of them cares about guests. AC not working on the second floor.

It was convenient to get to DFW airport … the pool looked great but it was freezing because it’s not quite swimming time :)

You could hear everything in the room next to us…. But it was okay

Great location and nice facility. Morale of staff is a bit low. Personally will not return.

The facility is beautiful and very clean! Great location! I was trapped in Dallas during an ice storm and felt very comfortable in my room. It is also walking distance from a 24 hour IHOP - which was very convenient, given the circumstances.

Unfortunately, the staff is the worst component. It's a shame because two of the young ladies were very nice. But no one will go over and beyond to help meet your needs. There was also a matter of one staff member lying about availability. They were caught in the lie. I eventually switched hotels because I didn't feel comfortable staying in a location and paying my money to a hotel where someone felt comfortable lying (in addition to doing the bare minimum). I won't be staying here again. But it's not because it's not a nice accommodation. I just don't trust the staff/ leadership.

AWESOME

I loved the location and friendly service at the front desk. The room was Beautiful and spacious. When walking into the hotel it feels like a breath of fresh air that and a great representation of the City of Euless. I love how they have Tru by Hilton separated from Home 2 and the 2 names/hotels coming together. Myself and my family will definetely by visiting again.

I did not like the fact that there was no microwave in the rooms and had to walk down to the lobby to warm food. They need to place microwaves in the tooms at Tru by Hilton. This was the only part of the hotel I was NOT pleased with. This is an inconveince to anyone staying here.

Great value and clean

Lots of room downstairs, huge breakfast area, nice pool table, lots of seating areas.

No microwave or refrigerator, but I get it. That’s the model and if you want that you need to book the other side of the hotel that is attached. Home2 Suites

They said me if I want room I have to pay one more time. I waited 2 hours till 1am on the frontdesk and I paid $20 extra charge for rebooking. I think it was hotel issue, not booking.com issue, because one night ago I did same thing in other hotel and it's worked.

Ok for one night to get your flight next day but nothing what I would expect running under Hilton brand

Close to the airport but still quiet enough to get some rest. Restaurants in walking distance so no problem without a car.

Breakfast was a joke. Plastic cutlery and variety of food very poor. Sausages were not done at all. Two of three machines were not working (to make toast or pancake) and the dough for the waffle maker was gone at 8am already and not refilled. same with potatoes. If you only offer a basic breakfast, you could at least expect all to machines to work and the 3 warm dishes to be done and refilled. Room was good but not clean. Black hair all over the pillows and dust piling up around bed and seating area.
