Hosts were responsive. Nice family getaway

Cleanliness; enough room and beds for a family; pet friendly. Hot tub.

No instructions on how to use the fireplace. No info that the jetted tub didn’t work. No info on how to find the hot tub.

Very poor

WHAT I DID NOT LIKE! The property manager was not nice..! We arrive at 4:30..The bed upstairs was sort of broken..the headboard was loose and moving, not attach to bed frame..headboard is sort of moving back and fort, I called/ emailed him to fix it and was not accomodating at all.. He said I was the first person to complain about the bed is broken.. I ask him that if this is safe to use and I did not want to pay a fine something I never done! He said its Friday and hard to get a maintenance person to check... Like dah! Im a guest and paid for the stay..do not want to sleep on a squeeky broken bed! your very inflexible about the check in and check out..then your not gonna fix a broken bed and give me an attitude! He did not believe what id say! He then sent a guy and fix it... SO ITS BROKEN! THE PLACE IS FINE...I GUESS NEED A NEW PROPERTY MANAGER THAT HAS PEOPLE SKILLS AND WILLING TO DO THEIR JOB!

We gave been to this resort for the 3rd or 4th time now. Close to everything. Love the Christmas Market.

Need more lights in condo. Needs new light bulbs in kitchen and living room

pleasant, clean, comfortable but too small for 4 adults, not great amenities

close to main place we wanted to be, reasonable price, clean, comfortable bed

paying $100.00+for cleaning and we had to do garbages, building needs a lot of loving care, there were not 2 bedrooms, 2 beds in different locations of apt, very small and only comfortable seating is couch for 2 adults only coffee pot didn’t fit the coffee machine, shuttle service was not worthwhile, restaurant was not convenient

Its a good place to stay

The team was very responsive when we were having difficultues checking in.

The sofa had bed bugs, so one of the party got multiple bites. We've notified them but made no action.

nice place. too small for 4 so I can’t see how 6 would fit there. nice area. nice pool. clean place. the air conditioning was way to noisy, in a disturbing way.

i read bunch of comments about the air conditioning but thought- how bad can it be?! well, it’s really really bad! it’s very disturbing, makes it hard to sleep, not to talk about babies trying to sleep. also the bed upstairs is really high… hard to get there. I also felt like the management have too many rules. I mean the apartment is not cheap for what you get and then they ask you to clean and take the garbage out. I feel like it’s too much!

we didn’t like the fact that it wasn’t 2 whole bedrooms as stated on the ad. it wasn’t private for the second couple.

there was no salt and pepper or coffee here as it stated on the website

loved it all but next time we will get a ground level stairs were hard on us old people lol

location was great pool was perfect grounds were clean loved it

overall i like it all my gradson and sister said the ac was loud but that didn't stop me from sleeping the hot tub could have been hotter, i think there was something wrong, the next day it was off altogether

Thought it would have been bigger. Didn’t like being in upper level which really isn’t a big deal but inconvenient with two dogs - one older one that struggles with stairs

It was brilliant.

Location was pretty good, although not in the village it was less than a 5 min drive. With Blue Mountain having free parking (and you get there early enough in the day), it was very convenient. The townhouse was nicely designed.

Hot water ran out after taking a long bath. Had to wait about an hour

No Assigned parking for each unit, looking for parking spaces during vacation can be a waste of time. Larger kitchen for family of 5 or 6, seating is very limited we had to eat on the couch.
