We ate a very light breakfast but they customized the fruit to suit our needs because my friend and I both love papaya.
I would have loved a cafe latte

Quite location, yet quick to everywhere.
Beautiful hotel, thoughtful design and great Views. Staff was incredibly kind and helpful
Only draw back was the creaking bed frame with every movement

One night the fan and ac stopped working, the fan was fixed immedietly and the ac was back on early morning when the maintenance person was there.

The view is spectacular! Tranquil, easygoing atmosphere. The decor of the rooms is lovely and rooms are well equipped. Multiple patios to chill out on with a cute pool. Onsite restaurant & bar.
Level of cleanliness could be better. The linens (bath & bed) were grey and stained! The staff are young and friendly, but service is not up to par (slow, cold food, etc.) The a\c unit is old and noisy (clicking and dripping noises). It seems the hotel is lacking in investment in their amenities & service, hence the discount.

The view
In the room Alebrijes, The ceiling was leaking in the bathroom above the jacuzzi. Even above the toilet couldn’t even poop in peace. There was a huge window with a curtain between the bedroom and the bathroom which unless you’re the closest couple in the world it wouldn’t be an issue but I’m not trying to see my significant other while they are doing business. ( not for seniors too many stairs)

Gorgeous views! Great layout; several patios, a pool and 2 large jacuzzis. Staff was very nice.
It’s a very steep, long walk to town or the beach. Worth it! But a serious ramble.

Nothing. We notified the property that we would arrive late They also said they would have food available at the restaurant. However, when we arrived , they had given our room away “due to high demand”. They had tried to contact us via WhatsApp but we were on a plane at the time so did not get the message. What a horrible way to arrive at a resort. The front desk receptionist just shrugged her shoulders and didn’t even apologize. This place gives the entire hospitality industry a bad name. My advice: don’t ever book this place!
Everything . It’s a place to avoid.

no iron board or iron. only one nightstand?

Location is peaceful and quiet . A 7 minute cab ride to PV . Beautiful vista views .
The food was limited .. but not in a bad way . Better to have fewer selections on the menu .. but to try to make those work .

Small, great decor, it feels super welcoming. Rooms are comfortable, the views from the whole hotel are amazing. This hotel was really a great discovery and not expensive.
I love everything but word of advise it has stairs, not handicap friendly.

No servia el aire acondicionado, y el responsable del Hotel no me quería cambiar de cuarto tuve que enojarme y exigirle el cambio.
El cambio de la habitación nos la hizo a las 2:00 am. Y eso por que no le quedo opción.

Pool and the views were good. Parking was easy. Property was descent.
Getting to the room was a mission. Lots of stairs. Not really that impressed with the overall property.

I loved the decor. I really liked how far away the rooms were from each other, and how they were disbursed throughout the hotel. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. the view was gorgeous. The bed was really comfortable. My room had a very cute balcony. It is a great value for what you pay.
I booked a massage and pedicure at the “spa” and the woman who provided the services was super unprofessional. She kept complaining about all the other massage therapists in Puerto Vallarta and how they have no certification, but the massage and pedicure both felt like something someone had learned off of youtube. At one point during the massage, she actually climbed on top of me and straddled me without warning. Later during the pedicure she explained that she applies pressure like this so that it’s easier on her fingers. It was really unprofessional and she didn’t even realize it. At another point she started to try to move and crack my back like a chiropractor even though this is something I had neither asked for or wanted. I had assumed that I could charge the services to my room since this was through the hotel, and no one had told me that I had to pay in cash. I didnt have enough cash to cover both services, and had to get a taxi to take me to an atm to cover it. it was super expensive on top of it, none of that was worth it. She also kept stopping the pedicure because she was so caught up in her gossiping about the hotel. I was on a time crunch, and it was excruciating to see her stop because she was so concentrated on what she was saying instead of the service.

The view it’s amazing! My room was super clean, boho-modern, very Jalisco style, super comfortable, and with touches of luxury.
I loved it!

Beautiful decor...felt like I was SOMEwhere vs a box hotel where the room could have been ANYwhere. Unique Mexican decorations, friendliest of staff, quiet and inviting. Steller views...I will be back.

The room and the view
The pool is small and was filled with insects and bugs. It was not pleasant to get into the water. The hotel is also far from the town so we needed a taxi to get around.

Amazing sunset views and away from the noisy city centre. just 5-10 min taxi ride from the city centre. Esteban was very helpful and made the best margaritas! special thanks to him.
Some people might not like that you have to take a taxi everyday to get to the city.

Good location if you need to be in Concha Chinas. The room was dated but fine. Alot of touches from an older era. Fantastic views, I have to say. The views were amazing. It's a good value hotel for the area.
Nothing really. The large drapes in the room could have been updated. Perhaps the furnishings. But nothing terrible.
