The staff that work on the property were very nice. I recommend booking through them, Brett/Robinson if you stay here.
There is no waterslide on the property even though you have pictures on the site of one. We tried to checkout and get a refund once we got there and found out there was no slide. This was the reason we booked this place is because my 7 year old with autism loves water slides. I talked to 3 different people screen shot pictures and sent 3 different times. They kept saying that they would review this and get back to me. It’s been 4 days and I haven’t heard a thing from them. There are no blankets there, only sheets. Do not book through this site or Vacasa!

View from room was great. Front desk staff friendly and helpful.
Blankets were too thin. Carpet in front room needs to be cleaned. No complementary coffee in room. Wrong code given to unlock room. Waited almost 15 minutes before we could get in our condo.

The condo was fabulous. Great location and having the lazy river right outside our room was perfect for evening dips.
We cooked in room some and had everything we needed. Perfect home away from home! Thank you for a relaxing few days :)

The pictures of the booking showed a waterslide which is not at Phoenix 2. $45 for a parking pass which is not listed in the description.

Lazy river looked nice but never got to use it!
Upon arrival, we had to call a phone number provided to get a hold of someone to come to the front desk. Once the property manager arrived we purchased 2 parking passes, which were $45 each. We were also given wristbands to wear during our stay. After checking in we headed up to the room. Immediately after walking through the front door we were hit with a strong smell of mold, mildew, and must. It was awful!! Unfortunately problems kept appearing!!! After walking through we noticed the king bed was missing a comforter as well. The bathroom toilet seat in the king room was missing the lid, it was completely broke off! After noticing these problems we contacted Vacasa, who manages the property. After 2 calls after not receiving a call back that we were promised, we were told to go buy some air freshening spray and to try and “air” out the condo and they someone would bring a new comforter. After going and buying our own spray, which never worked!! The furnace filter was absolutely disgusting and should of been replaced a long time ago!! Both front windows in each bedroom were covered in black trash bags that were taped up with blue painters tape. Looking behind the trash bags we found both windows covered with mold and mildew!!! 3 more calls were made to try and resolve the issue. Due to a respiratory health condition it made it impossible to sleep in that condo. 3 more calls were made that night to try and fix the problem, supervisors never followed through! More mold was discovered in the shower!! Completely unacceptable!!! Now that it was almost 9:30 at night and a supervisor let us know that the local managing person would not see the ticket til most likely the next morning! We were stranded with nowhere to go!! After calling daily for a week after our stay and multiple “supervisors” stating they would give us a call back, we have never got a call back. Never once did someone try and make it right and resolve the problem!!! Could write more but it won’t let me!

the house was beautiful and plenty of room. I love that you have grills and the fire pit for the nights you want to be outside. the air conditioner was wonderful. we didn’t have to walk far. we stayed at a near by place for only 2 nights after we stayed at the Phoenix because we decided to extend our trip for two days. Phoenix didn’t have any place available so we decide to rent the Hilton lodge it was horrible we was so ready to go by the second day. thank you to the Phoenix 😃 I would love to bring all my grandkids to stay at the Phoenix. 🌴🌊
It was hard to find any employees. When we did find them they was all so friendly. We did wish we could see the beach from our room but that was fine the place is worth not having it.

This apt was so unexpectedly lovely. Clean... Accommodating.... Comfortable... Great beds...
Great view... Professional staff on site...Felt very secure...fun lazy river pool, regular pool and baby pool. Easy access to restaurants and highways to family. Close to the WHARF.
This facility was on the Bay...not the ocean but enough to do to make up for it and it's a short drive to Orange Beach.
This was a visit to Alabama for unfortunate family circumstances... But this place helped to make our family time together memorable.
The door to the second bedroom had a punch hole in it. Tried to text manager that it was there when we walked in so we wouldn't be deemed response but got no response
Also... TV in master bedroom DID NOT WORK. would not connect to the direct tv provider. 😣
