Met the kids at the cabin, had good weather for the first 3 days and cooler after that. Very secluded location but close enough to see all the attractions. I had a hard time getting to the fire pit as I have some mobility issues. Although it was advertised as having steep access to the area. Only good things to say except I would take the metal angles off the legs of the benches in the kitchen, my toe still hurts!!! Lol!

Nice structure, not enough hot water to use jet tub, oversized recliner totally worn out, have to use multiple cushions in lower back area to set in it! Should tell people about how steep the road is the last 1/4 mile to cabin, if it snows you will have to walk, or have a good 4x4.

Had a great week woke up to 5 deer in the front yard. Nice and quiet place in the mountain will definitely come back.

The cabin was everything it was said to be and the drive up was beautiful.

The cabin was amazing and our host was very helpful with any information that we might need! About 30mins from Gatlinburg with many little shops and places to eat along the way. Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone!

Beautiful grounds !
Great log cabin !
And we even had the rare luck of seeing two baby cubs and mama bear , in the front yard.

Everything about our stay was perfect. The owners were great. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a relaxing secluded place.

The cabin was beautiful. Very well-maintained. It’s definitely in a forest as the trees are grown up and you can barely see the mountains in the sunset for the trees. Does not have a hot tub but it does have a Jacuzzi. We had an issue that we could not use the Jacuzzi because you ran out of hot water before you could fill it up. If you have any disability, this is not the cabin for you the driveway is extremely steep current situation with a lot of steps leading up to the cabin, we were OK with it even though we’re retired but if we were any older we wouldn’t of made it. The cabin is beautiful and has most of what you need with pots pans, utensils, etc. it is located just around the corner from the Apple barn in Cosby.

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin is amazing and it's pretty secluded- just what we were looking for. My kids hiked up the mountain that is right behind the cabin and the sunset view from the porch is beautiful.

We loved the secluded setting. You're truly in the mountains!

Charming cabin get-away tucked in the hills near the Smoky Mountains! The place was clean and inviting - pictures on the site are true and accurate. Full amenities allowed for homemade breakfasts while taking in the view from all the windows with that morning cup of coffee. The place is remote and quiet - excellent views of the serene forest landscape. Location is close to Arts & Crafts Community - amazing 8 mile drive with tons of shops and wares of local merchants. Just outside of Gatlinburg and close to Smoky Mountain National Park, there is plenty to do for the adventurer or the charming comfort of th cabin makes staying in just as much fun! We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this place!

The place was very clean and homey. They were very quick to answer any questions. Check in and check out went smoothly was even able to check in a little early. There was plenty of room for the kids to play in the yard. The drive way is a little steep and we were advised ahead of time so we were prepared. All around a great place to stay I'll be booking again.

Exceptional!
The Foskey’s cabin was fantastic! Very comfortable beds , couches, and recliner and sparkling clean in general! Perfectly secluded for us to never see one other person pass by. We rode into Pigeon Forge and Cosby for beautiful mountain drive (wahoo zip lines was great!). Highlight was seeing the scenery through the windows of the cabin, rocking on the porch, and hearing rain storm on the tin roof. Very easy check in and check out process. Thank you to the Foskey’s for the great experience.

Girls Trip
The cabin was absolutely beautiful. Just as described and we was fortunate to get some snow which made it even more of a beautiful view. The gravel road was a bit challenging to drive up on snow however we made it safely !!! Would definitely stay again.

You have to take your trash with you.. luckily we only had 1 bag but we had to ride over 3 hours home with it in our truck and it leaked everywhere. Yes, there were dumps along the way home but we left on a Sunday morning and they were closed. You also must strip beds and load the dishwasher and start it, while paying a cleaning fee I feel it shouldn’t be the guests job to do that. Other than those issues the cabin was in a great location and very nice.
