Fabulous centrally-located spacious apartment with plenty of walks on the doorstep.

The location was fabulous. Right in the middle of the harbour with fabulous views. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Two bathrooms was a bonus too!

Nothing. Our only feedback would be to make sure table on terrace cleaned (we did that to be able to sit and eat out there - removing bird poo) and windows cleaned (though appreciate more difficult as top floor), and maybe look at seal on bottom of en-suite shower door, as it ends up outside shower once door closed and water leaks onto mat.

Beautiful apartment, with excellent facilities and stunning views

The apartment is absolutely beautiful. It was perfect for two friends as it has two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Everything is new, clean, and beautifully designed, and everything is of excellent quality. The toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, handwash etc) are all from a local brand and are really lovely, and there are even dressing gowns provided. But best of all, the views are stunning!!! It was so lovely to sit on the balcony overlooking the water and watch the sun set. It's a fantastic location too, with really good restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops and pubs all within 1-2 minutes walk, and so many lovely independent shops within a 5 minute walk. Really couldn't have asked for anything better!

Really minor point, but there was only one bottle of handwash in the apartment, whereas there were about 5 bottles of hand sanitizer and body lotion! So we had to keep moving it around. But that's being really picky!

Short stay so location was brilliant apartment was very well presented and clean so a good choice, would recommend

A Nespresso machine would be useful and a nice touch, it was disappointing that you could not get to speak to anyone, had to wait for email reply

Location fantastic & view stunning! Beautiful apartment nicely furnished and very modern. Lovely hamper with welcome treats kindly left for us. Had all the facilities you could need for a comfortable stay.

Mattress on bed was very uncomfortable. Stairs very steep, not ideal if you have a baby or pram although we had read this on another review so we were aware before our stay.

Amazing place to stay!

We just came home from a weekend away here, what an amazing place. Lovely view, really clean and spacious. Great location too! Would definitely stay here again. We stayed as a family of four and was plenty of space. We needed to speak to the staff about a couple of things and they were all super helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Very high spec apartment with wow factor views

Would definitely come back again!

Amazing location and views, with secure cheap parking across the road. The apartment was even better than it looked in photos. Friendly helpful staff. Welcome hamper was such a kind gesture.

If I had to be picky - the terrace could do with a refresh and clean, so that it matches the exceptional standard of the rest of the apartment.

Short stay at easter

The location was awesome and the apartment was fantastic, clean and in good condition. We love md the jacuzzi bath and the complimentary dressing gowns and welcome hamper were lovely touches. The balcony was fantastic, what a view.

The WiFi was intermittent and kept cutting out, there was no complimentary shampoo, only conditioner, lots of hand sanitizer and hand wash, not a major issue as we brought our own but others might not. Minor issues, wouldn't put us off coming back at all.

The advert showed the apartment was above a shop but we weren't told it was up another flight of winding stairs. As we both have mobility problems this we found very hard and should have known this before we booked as we know there were others that were only up one flight of stairs .

Nice, but plenty of room for improvement

Good size apartment, plenty of space - a good and well stocked kitchen ideal for cooking meals. Spa bath. Good size tv with Netflix The views over the harbour

Zero response from the host when contacted about a simple bedding query - unacceptable. Poor wi-fi speeds. Bulky, uncomfortable pillows. Despite being a great location noise and cigarette smoke from the street as next to a pub. Questionable value for money

Lovely apartment in beautiful Wells

Very well equipped apartment. Balcony with superb view over the harbour. Agents were good at responding to questions. Lovely welcome pack. Great bath!

We found the bed in the main bedroom quite uncomfortable...think a new mattress is needed. This is all that stopped us giving 10. Fortunately there were only two of us and the other bed was comfy.

Was a nice stay for the weekend , with lovey views.

There was annual life boat service, and where we was we got to see it all from our balcony. Was lovely

Excellent location, very spacious and well maintained. I enjoyed sitting out on the balcony in the evening and watching the sunset.

The water pressure is low in the main bathroom. The apartment can get too hot in the evening. The pillow cases are too high . Overall it is a lovely apartment.

A very pleasant stay, would visit again

Good location and very well equipped. Good quality linens , china and glasses. Comfortable lounge

Duvets far too heavy for summer. I had to remove mine from its cover to use just the cover as a “sheet”. Appeared to be a constant regular intermittent humming in the back bedroom. Poor water pressure in main bathroom

72 hours of perfection.

I loved this place as soon as I set eyes on it. The balcony was such a great and perfect to watch the sunrise and sunset with a cup of tea or some fizz. We were blown away by the tech and enjoyed the Sonos and the smart TV’s meant we had a great choice of telly and films. The jacuzzi bath was an extra treat to relax our legs and feet after long walks.

Fabulous property . Great location.

The apartment was beautiful and very well equipped. The location was perfect and we loved the balcony.

We were unable to use the jacuzzi bath as it hadn't been cleaned properly. We didn't think the cleaning was up to standard in certain areass of the property. This was such a shame because everything else was perfect.
