You won't find a more pleasing Ocean Block Condo than this one! Each of the 6 bedrooms has its own en-suite full bath and there are 2 separate living areas for your large family! Chill at the beach, on one of the many decks, or in the one of the fabulous restaurants or music venues in Dewey Beach . . . all just steps to your door in this fabulous vacation property. Unique property with room for the whole gang - Sleeps 14 comfortably with an unbelievable 6 designated, off-street parking spaces. Also offers: WIFI, numerous smart TVs w/ Roku for streaming, CAC, W/D, DW and Outdoor Shower. Condo is on 2nd and 3rd floor in the heart of vibrant Dewey Beach. NO Smoking Please. Guests pay cleaning fee of $400 for every stay. Pet friendly (dogs only) with a minimum $300 non-refundable fee and addendum. Guests pay a fee of $200 for sheets and towels. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee). We also accept E-checks with no fees, as well as personal checks. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30-days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee).
