Had everything we needed. Very satisfied.

We enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect.

Very rustic, never felt dirty just more of a hunting or fishing cabin. We didn't spend much time in the cabin so it was comfortable while we were there.

Both kitchen outlets were non-working due to broken ground fault detector. Kitchen faucet leaks when using cold. Ceiling quite linted above fan. Cabin needs some deep cleaning.
Otherwise an enjoyable time. Lots of dust due to unpaved road.

It was the perfect place for a weekend getaway for our anniversary

The location is terrible, I believe there is mold and truly believe the bathroom floor is rotted as it was soft feeling when you stepped on it.

It was a nice little cabin. We enjoyed the stay very much.

Cozy little cabin. We enjoyed the kitchen and grill and were able to make full meals. Used the fire pit each night. Cabin sits close to anything you need from town and right across the road from the entrance to the State Park.

The cabin was as listed. I was looking
For a peaceful lace to unplug. This cabin
Was just what I was looking for…..dining and museums were close by along with hiking trails for me and my dog. I would recommend this cabin.

Cabin was clean and good location. Close to everything in hochatown.

Cute space, right off the road from all that Hochatown has to offer. Id suggest planyijg some cedars in the front of the property so you dont just see the building in front of you plus it makes it a little more secluded for the people staying in the cabin. It was vlean, but definitely needed a good deep cleaning. The bed seemed like it hadnt been washed there was pet hair and fleas all in it. We tried emailing and calling the property managers but didnt get an answer back, could have been we had something wrong in the email or phone number though. Overall a great little place to stay just some minor adjustments needed!

Nice little area to get away for a bit. Still walking distance to some shops and restaurants, as well as neighboring cabins within eyesight from front door. So, if you want more privacy, maybe try another cabin.

All the belongings and equipment were in good condition, nothing was missing from the list. I think you should check the bathroom floor as it feels soft. You have to talk to your cleaning team, the cleaning leaves a lot to be desired, since I have a dog I always take my cleaning stuff to leave the place clean as I received it but this time I had to clean the cabin upon arrival, I had to disinfect the bathtub since It had mold, garbage under the bed, furniture full of dust, the floor has not been mapped for a long time.

Good location and clean sheets. Could have used a few more washcloths and a hand towel. Definitely a little older compared to some of the other cabins we have stayed at in this area. What it lacked in linens, it made up for in location.

We could tell through posted pics that this cabin was small but that’s exactly what we wanted and perfect for us. The bed was comfy, the back porch was awesome with a wooded view and leaves on the ground. We enjoyed our stay. The only downside was the traffic noise but we knew when we booked we were staying in town and expected that. Definitely within walking distance to the Hochatown Saloon. The front does face the back side of a strip mall but it helps with the highway noise and we spent what time we wanted to spend outside while at the cabin on the back porch anyways so the front view didn’t bother us at all! We had a trailer with us and there is ample parking in front of the cabin which is nice.

Bed sucked. My wife couldn’t sleep on it. Shower is tiny. Whoever took the pictures did a good job making it look good. We left after 2 days.

Great stay. Nice and quiet. View of the woods was nice. The view to the front of the cabin was all buildings and lights.

Overall the experience was very positive. The only negative is in the billing process. Thought it was excessive and unwarranted to charge a set fee per day for pets. Our pet stayed in a crate most of the time when indoors. A more reasonable alternative would be a deposit; refunded if no issues due to pet.

Overall great last minute getaway
The little cabin was literally walking distance to a few restaurants, view not necessarily the best since it is behind a shopping center and next to an Rv park. The cabin was not cleaned well or restocked properly, but the problems were addressed quickly.

Squirrel's Refuge
It was a quaint little place.

Bathroom door doesn’t lock, bed sheets didn’t smell fresh, outdoor furniture is too old.
Location is convenient. Restaurants and local attractions are right around the corner. If your expectations are high on customer service, remember this: It’s Oklahoma..
I would return but stay in different cabins. Too pricey compared to other places.
Overall score: 4 stars out of 10

"Cabin in Brokenbow "
The cabin needs to be updated! The bathroom shower is leaking and the floor is very soft in front of it and the toilet. The coffee pot is way to small, went and bought one. There were only four bath towels for two people for four days. Had to buy some air fresher because it smelled like it had been closed up awhile. The BBQ grill needed to be cleaned, was going to cook steak but didn't because it was nasty. The while place inside and out just needs to be updated and CLEANED!

Perfect for a broken bow trip on a budget. It’s right behind good restaurants and very close to the park entrances

Disappointed
Cabin needed repairs and was not clean.

Loved it, minus bed bugs
The property is old and definitely++ needs a quick remod, but the remote backporch and campfire is precious as is the location into town. We did get bed bugs and about 10 bites total but were able to decontaminate before bringing items into our home. Spend some money on this cabin. It needs an unmolded bath curtain and basic upgrades. Seriously. It's time.

It was a great little cabin....peaceful.
I only wish that the location of being off the main highway was explained. I wish that it was deeper in the woods but very cute cabin.

TV was hard to figure out. Sheet wouldn't stay on the bed. Other than that we had a wonderful time here.

Great getaway!
Wanted to explore Broken Bow area and found this property open. Perfect for our needs. Setting behind a strip of shops wasn’t that bad. Back patio gave a sense of seclusion. Would stay here again in the future.

Nice cabin
Very nice stay. The cabin was pretty much as advertised. Close to the state park and other things to do. Could have been a little cleaner. Dust bunny's on the walls and dishes had to washed before use. But other than that it was a very nice cabin. The cabin had cable TV, wifi, covered deck and front porch with tables and chairs, charcoal grill, pots and pans to cook with, full sized fridge. Would recommend.

It's close to multiple restaurants and stores, but the cabin is very outdated.
