Waste of my rewards I’m upset

Not much, the area I guess.

It was dirty the stairs just looked gross the elevator was sketchy the mini fridge looked like it was from the 90s I can’t believe this place had better ratings then some of the other places I’ve stayed in Waco

I slept there but would never recommend this brand based on my experience.

There were dead crickets all over the bathroom and the bedroom. I told the person who checked me out and he said nothing and avoided eye contact. Very strange place to stay. Usually dead bugs are an important concern in hotels/motels. I was there two nights and assumed the dead bugs would be cleaned up after the first night, but the room was not cleaned during my stay. Perhaps dead crickets are normal in Waco.

Won't stay here again.

The coffee in the lobby was good.

We killed a roach in the room. That was terrible. Then saw a black bug the size of a lady bug crawling around the bathroom floor in the middle of the night. Not good! Had no idea how many more bugs there were...

Never ever again will I stay here or any other Motel 6 for that matter

Our room was available an hour early

Place was run down. Hallways and stairwells were filthy! The whole place smelled of smoke and marijuana. When we came back late that evening after our event there was a very scetchy guy standing at the side entrance door smoking marijuana. There was no shampoo or conditioner available in the rooms. Room had adjoining room door that definitely didn’t look secure at all so that was super uncomfortable not knowing who was on the other side of the adjoins room. Walls super thin and the room on other side of us (not the adjoining room it was opposite one) we could hear the headboard banging on the wall consistently most of the night. I definitely do NOT recommend at all!!

Clean room and I got a good night’s sleep

Great price, it had everything I needed. Very helpful friendly staff at the front desk, the young man at the front desk even helped me download an app!

The $20 extra dollars to stay ANY place else is worth it.

The place is filthy. The elevator was out of service, pool was empty, the room was gross. We ended up not even spending the night because it was so awful. There were dealers and prostitutes on the property as well.

The room were good for the price it was big and beds were comfy.

I didn't like being on the third floor with the elevator still broken for the last month or so it was tiring after a long hot day working outside and then coming to the hotel and walking upstairs

elevator not working, swimming pool not available, towels not clean with spots. los air conditioning, very noisy, one for on the side of the building not working, anybody could easily get in without a key, place felt filthy.
