This was a very nice and well stocked home close to downtown Grand Lake. We used it for a short family reunion and it had plenty of room to comfortably accommodate both grandparents and grandkids! The crib, playroom and fun kids beds were a great bonus!

This property was a kid's dream come true. The adorable kids room with toys, the swingset and swim spa made our stay! The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. Location was close to downtown and very convenient. There were fireworks that night on the lake and we had a spectacular view. Thank you for helping us create wonderful memories in Grand Lake.

House has a lot of character and personality Great location and a perfect spot to spend time with family. Owner was awesome and let us schedule a meet and greet to open our family reunion. We even saw a bear.
We love Grand Lake

I took my children and grandchildren for a family vacation. We had a wonderful time making magical memories!
The house was perfect for us all. Very comfortable and accommodating. The upstairs play room was so fun for my six grandkids - thank you for having all the toys. The outside play area was fantastic. We enjoyed roasting marshmallows and making somores by the fire pit. The dining table fit all of us for family meals. The family room was very comfortable and great for game nights. The swim spa was so relaxing.
It was great that we could just walk to town, which is so cute, everyone was so friendly. We went to a rodeo in Grandby, saw the most spectacular fire works show and then went back the next day for the 4th of July parade. Watched fireworks over grand lake that night from the deck.
We had a wonderful time exploring the Rocky Mountains and seeing all the wildlife.
We took the trail road over to Estes Park.
It was beautiful. We saw elk, moose, deer and a mother bear with her baby.
We also spent a day on Grand lake on s pontoon. All the people at the marina were very helpful and kind.
Our Grand lake vacation was fantastic!

Great house for a large family. Fun for kids. Perfect proximity to village and hiking on the best side of Rocky Mountain National Park.

While not quite the “luxury” house we thought we were renting, we really enjoyed our stay!
There was plenty of room for our group of 10. Main house bathrooms updated & very clean. Heated outdoor mats were great! Some very nice touches - good quality bath products provided, coffee & a variety of teas provided, well stocked & labeled kitchen cabinets. Lots of towels! Mattresses were decent. The kids room was awesome & had cool spaces to sleep. We appreciated easy to use TVs & streaming services after long days playing in the snow. Checkout instructions were very reasonable & easy to follow.
The half bath is very small and tucked behind the furnace and water heater in the garage. While functional, it is very out of the way & not updated. Available electrical outlets were sparse on main level.
Note to owner: we appreciated lots about this house, but a few things could be easily improved. Firstly, the exterior door handles on the main floor were extremely finicky to the point of being a safety hazard in case of a house fire. Replacing them would also go a long way towards a cohesive “updated” feeling as they seem extremely old. Cleaning items to improve: under beds and couches need at least a cursory sweep (we found 5 different socks from previous renters under beds and old candy under one of the couches), kitchen cabinet holds were visibly grubby from use. Chlorine level in swim spa was extremely high. Discolored a swimsuit, and two kids ended up with rashes.

Enjoyable Stay
Home worked well for our family of 7. The home was well stocked with soaps, toilet paper, bug spray, toys, and games. We hiked nearby and enjoyed soaking afterwards in the pool while kids aged 6 and 10 played in it.

Perfect place
This was just as described and couldn’t have been better. Quiet, laid back and mellow. Great location and beautiful views of the mountains and lake. Hot tub was nice and the overall stay was excellent. The home has unique characters and it worked perfectly shot our family.

Perfect Grand Lake stay
I can't say enough for this delightful house. I had a big group of family including 5 children ages 5-12 and it felt like the place was built just for us. Easy 5 min walk into town but located in a secluded and private space. Kitchen is accommodating for large groups and well stocked. Lots of outdoor lounging space to enjoy the scenic views.

Excellent location
This house fit 10 of us easily. The hot tub was spacious and worked well. It was comfortably furnished and had some noticeable perks with tea and coffee provided as well as soap and shampoo. We could easily walk into town and 3 trailheads to RMNP are close by.
My main complaint is lack of AC and there were only a few windows that had screens for air flow. It was hot and stuffy and not all bedrooms had ceiling fans.

Great for RMNP
We all very much enjoyed the amenities and location of the house. It is easy to walk into Grand Lake and is about a mile from 3 different trailheads. The extras were noticeable… the soap provided, teas and coffee. The spa and outside areas were great.
The biggest downside to the house is that there is no AC. That would be ok if there were screens in the windows. Few windows had screens for air circulation and it got stuffy.

The perfect family house!
We have small kids, so this house was absolutely perfect. They loved the play room that was full of toys and playing in the hot tub. We loved that the house was so close to town. Just a short walk. It was also a short drive to Adam’s falls, and walking distance to a couple other hikes. All around convenient! Thanks for a great stay!

Colorado Christmas
The property accommodated our party quite well and it was spacious enough to allow everyone their own space. We had a great time in the mountains for Christmas and truly enjoyed our first trip to Colorado. I never heard from the property owners. They never reached out to us and had sent some sort of maintenance man to the home without informing us. No big deal but would have been nice to have a heads up. The property was fantastic but communication very poor.

RMNP Family Trip
Amazing home and location! The swim spa is unbelievable after a long day of hiking in the park. Short walk to down town restaurants and ice cream. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this home to family or friends.

Wonderful stay
If you’re traveling with kids book this house! They have everything for children. With the swim spa and the playground and fire pit it was the perfect place for a social distancing vacation. Also so close to town for food and shopping. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great place and nice location
Overall our experience was great! The swim spa was a hit and kids swam for hours. Close to downtown but still private. We did encounter a couple hiccups...the keurig coffee maker didn’t work so we had to get coffee in town each morning, couldn’t connect with the Bluetooth on the swim spa and the smoke detectors in the kids’ room started beeping our second night there ( very disrupting). Called the contact people and they showed up within an hour which was nice but only switched out battery in one of the detectors and the other one started beeping at 2 am. the next night! That stunk but like I said minus those issues, place was great. I do suggest just getting a regular coffee maker. My mom saw a keurig in one of the pictures so she bought some for it, but no pods of coffee were there. We just left ours there for the next people if they got it fixed.

Family Vacation
This is a beautiful home. The amenities are excellent from the swim spa, children’s bedroom/playroom to the outdoor space. It had everything we could have wanted or needed. The property owners were just a text away for questions and responded immediately. The home is also very nearby to the Grand Lake downtown and Rocky Mountain National Park.

Fantastic Home
The home was great and we had plenty of space for our family. The kids loved their sleeping quarters and the swim spa. The biggest downside was that we were unable to get into contact with Evolve or the owners during the stay. We reached out via text and email with no response.. There was no propane for grilling out, and there was a trash receptacle that wasn't emptied in the bathroom. Despite those minor issues we had a really great time and would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous vacation!
We could not have been happier with our stay. Everything was so thoughtfully designed. The kitchen was large and well equipped, the swim spa was amazing, kids room was perfect, and the property is close to everything, We loved everything about this home and will book again.

Gorgeous Views & Comfy Stay
This house is absolutely beautiful. It is very charming, fun, and has some of the best views in Grand Lake. There isn't a thing the owners haven't thought of to make your stay comfortable. The hot tub was so much fun as well as all of the board games. The owners were very friendly and kind. Their home is spacious with comfy beds, a cozy living room, luxurious kitchen, and beautiful balcony. We were so lucky to have been able to spend the weekend there, and we can't wait to go back!

Beautiful house, awesome hosts, amazing views
We stayed here while my family was visiting from Amsterdam, and we had the most incredible time! The place was the cleanest and most comfortable vacation rental we have ever experienced. The owners thought of every detail to make our stay as comfortable and luxurious as possible! They are the friendliest and kindest of people and made sure to check in with us to make sure we were enjoying our stay. This was my family’s first trip to the U.S and our time spent at this property made it a memorable trip for everyone. The hot tub on the deck with lake/mountain views and the kitchen where we cooked an amazing traditional Durban, South African curry were definitely a highlight of our stay. The property is close to everything in Grand Lake and walking distance to the main downtown strip with bars and restaurants. Hiking trails were all around us as well. We hope to come back again during the summer to do more hikes and take advantage of the water-sports. We could not recommend staying here more!

Unforgettable experience
This was a perfect fit for us and such a wonderful time. The house is amazing and every little detail has been thought of. We had an issue with electricity that they were super responsive about and offered us an extra night to make up for it. We will take advantage of that offer in the future because we love the place! We would have stayed forever if we could.

Excellent attention to detail
Fantastic experience. Magical house and location. The owners are thinking about the guest experience and the attention to detail was at a par with some of the worlds grand resorts. Many Thanks
