Unique apartment. Beds were not good

This was a very nice apartment, the kitchen was so spacious and well equipped, the other rooms were nice as well. Centrally located to all we wanted to see. A bit of a walk because this street is closed to driving and close to 60 steps as there was no elevator. Best compliment, we’d stay there again

Great location. Very spacious.

Be warned. There are MANY misleading things on the property description. The apartment itself and the location had great potential, but due to the flaws that the property manager did not address, our stay was untenable and we had to leave after one brutal night. Flooding in bathroom, no washing machine as it declares on site, and the worst of all was that they claim to have A/C but the the units were completely ineffective. They were at 29-degree celsius (84 Fahrenheit) upon arrival and never budged even one single degree. We were miserable and unable to utilize either of the 2 bedrooms. My 75-year-old father in law had to sleep on the couch where it was only very minimally more tolerable. Needless to say, none of us slept and we had to vacate our stay early. I communicated MULTIPLE times about our concerns and about our need to leave due to them not addressing the concerns, and it has been radio silence. They didn't so much as acknowledge any of my messages and the specific property manager who checked us in separately confirmed in a text that the property management group DID RECEIVE all of my messages but they were doing nothing about it. I filed a complaint with VRBO and the group is also not responding to VRBO now. This place is a scam. Completely unprofessional.
