The stay was really good and for the most part the room was really nice just a few things that could have been cleaner. The biggest issue we had was our wristbands were not in the room when we arrived like all previous years and we could not reach the property owner for hours so we were unable to use the pool area for the first day. also the A/C was not working properly but we never complained and someone came to fix it the last day so it was known about. but overall a good stay.

This was our third Thanksgiving spent at this property and we'd never stay anywhere else in Fort Walton/Destin area. Condo is the perfect size for our family of 5 and well stocked. Love the new outdoor furniture on the balcony! The complex itself has multiple nice pools, a large fitness center and is steps from the beach.

This was a great location and a great property. There were a few things that were told to us after booking that really are relevant.
First, the location is great. The balcony gives you a great view of the beach. The beds were comfortable and king sized. The kids bunk room was small but great for small kids. The property is a big part of why we booked, and was very nice.
The owner did communicate the following prior to check in, but it bears noting in the review. She claims that you get the "basics" for the kitchen. That means that you get cooking and serving implements, plates, glasses, etc. ALL consumables are discarded between stays. There are no dishwasher detergent, no laundry supplies, not even filters for the coffee maker (you need to get basket, not cone style). There is no salt, no sugar, nothing. You get ONE roll of paper towels and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. Also, she mentions "Beach service" in the communication. That really only means you get a beach umbrella and 2 chairs, not any kind of food or beverage services.
While the place was mostly clean, the kids room had dirt and sand in the corners along with a used, dried out contact lens.
2 of the 4 TVs were smart TVs. There was cable in 3 of the 4. The last one in the kids room was just a DVD player. The batteries in all but 2 remotes were either dead or missing. There, of course, were no replacement batteries, so we had to go back out and buy batteries for her remotes.
I really just got tired of running out to Publix for all the random things we weren't told we would need. A cheap reusable coffee filter, a handful of batteries, and an extra roll of paper towel would have gone a long way and really should be standard at this price range. Same with dishwasher pods and laundry pods and dryer sheets.

This unit was very clean, comfortable with 2 kings, and convenient to the pool and beach. We had a wonderful view of the beach from the deck and from inside. The kitchen is well equipped with cookware. You might want to bring a potholder and cups for small children. They only have glass glasses and cups. There is a keurig as well as a coffee pot. Pinky was great about responding to concerns. I loved the decor and furnishings. We enjoyed our stay.

Clean, Cozy and Comfortable
Two families stayed here for a World Series baseball tournament at the beach. Location was perfect to get to Ft. Walton fields. We “sacrificed” a full beach view for the waterpark (which was great for the kids), but we still got a wee beach view. Master bed was SO COMFORTABLE! So was the balcony furniture. Overall a perfect blend. Condo had everything we needed and made for and a very nice getaway. Thank you!

Family Vacation 2022
Everything was very nice except the dryer had a horrible squeak and the bunk beds were not very comfortable with no storage space in that room. Also would rather of had one of the bathrooms with shower available without having to walk through bedroom for guests staying in bunk room and pull out couch. But that was minor problems. The patio was huge. The beds were very comfortable. Big dining room table and nice living room area. My grandson had a blast with all all the pool activities! The the location was perfect.

Wonderful Stay
We really enjoyed our stay. Balcony had more of a beach/ocean view than we expected. The extra half bath was nice to accommodate everyone. Room was comfortable. Enjoyed the resort and pool. Once we figured out correct stairs to use, it was not a long walk to pool/beach. Several good restaurants within walking distance.

The unit was not cleaned well at all. Dusty and linens werent Clean enough.
There were dirty dishes in the cabinets. No extra toilet paper rolls. No standard things such as coffee filters or sugar packets, no salt and pepper. Furniture was extremely dirty. Not enough linens supplied for 8 people. Enjoyed the beach, but the supplies need to have more and furniture was in terrible shape.

Everything about this property and listing was exactly as we expected it. The entire process from booking to check in/out was smooth and seamless. The pools were awesome and our kids (aged 3-13) really enjoyed them! Just a quick walk to the beach and conveniently located to restaurants and grocery. We can’t wait to go back next year!

Loved the room way bigger In person!!! It was super clean and the host answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Pool was so much fun and the kids loved it. Their is also a tiki hut that serves food and drinks. Couldn’t get enough of the margaritas. I will definitely be staying here again!!!!!

Condo was great with views of the beach. We loved the pools and the short walk to the beach
Only complaint was the floor wasn’t clean when we arrived but she offered to have it cleaned while there. Overall the condo was great. Large bathrooms and big open kitchen. Finding the condo once parked in the garage and figuring out how to get down to the pool with a stroller was a little confusing but after we figured all that out we had no issues. The pools were perfect and my kids loved it! We came after a storm so the waves were too rough but loved having the beach and chairs in walking distance. Definitely will be coming back!

We really enjoyed our stay in this property with a nice beach my feel. Loved that there were 2 king rooms and the bunk room worked out better than expected for 16 and 12 year old. Good selection of cooking supplies. Ocean view from balcony was nice. Kids liked the beach access. Cool week so hot tubs were over crowded. Beach service was nice amenity. Parking was easy. Nice location and can walk to pier and restaurants.

Perfect vacation
We stayed in room A307 and it was perfect for our family which included myself and my husband, our 3 teens, and 3 of their friends. Check-in was incredibly easy and Pinkie answers all questions in a timely and friendly manner. The room has a very nice partial view of the gulf which I loved looking at every morning and evening. The bathrooms were amazing and the kitchen had everything you need to cook. The beach was awesome...we really enjoyed having the chairs and umbrellas. We ended our evenings in the hot tub. Everything needed for nice and relaxing vacation!

Beautiful view
The owner (Pinkie) was a breeze to work with, very quick responses, pleasant, and resourceful. The view was beautiful, the updated flooring was a very nice touch. Plenty of space for our little family of 5. Having a broom, mop, and vacuum in the condo for daily self cleaning throghout the stay was much appreciated. The condo overall could use a deep cleaning, although this is probably typical for the property itself after talking to other families staying at Waterscape that we meat there. The bathrooms were spacious with large soaking tubs and showers. The washer and dryer work well. Plenty of clean bath towels upon arrival. Overall, we had a perfect stay and we plan on returning to this exact unit in the future, as the owner was incredible. Thank you to Pinkie for the wonderful stay!

Liked it but didn’t love it
This place wasn’t our favorite. For the $ we paid, I was expecting better. I had high hopes about the Waterscape in general and while the pools were awesome, It doesn’t truly feel like you are on the beach. Our view from the room kinda stunk. (There is a huge building right next door.) The unit in general seemed a little worn down, again, for what we paid. Really dirty carpet, uncomfortable couches, kitchen not well stocked (no frying pan?? No spaghetti strainer?? Broom looks like it’s 20 years old) The master mattress was so squeeky (just when we would turn over 😂) and the room was hot.
Overall it was fine. I guess my expectations were too high.

First off, the owner was quick to respond via email and worked with me on a last minute 3 day trip. Our check in was easy, but done like a hotel, not like any individual owner we've ever used. This complex is very busy. The condo in itself was great. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 4 big teenage boys. Lots of supplies to start your trip and nicely appointed. The only downfall was the view of the ocean was a side view, not full on. Plus, there's a new building going up right next door. I will say if you want to utilize the pool get there as soon as it opens, or you won't get a spot.
The beach service, and tiki snack bar ran by Fudpuckers was a great addition. Definitely would consider staying here again.

Great last minute trip
This was our first family trip to Florida with two kids and this place was perfect. The condo was great, in good shape, and perfect for a family of four. The location was close enough to everything in town so when we forgot some things we could easily step out and get them. Pool and amenities were great for us and the service was perfect. Owner was great to work with for such a last minute trip but was able to accommodate. Thanks for the memories!!

Awesome Spring Break 2013
This was our second trip to Waterscape in Ft. Walton over spring break the last week of March. We chose to rent directly from the owner this year, definitely the way to go. What a great experience!! The owner was very easy to get a hold of, prompt with responses, and even called during our stay assuring we were pleased with the accommodations.
The condo was very nice with beautiful d?cor and an adequately stocked kitchen. There were flat screen TVs with DVRs in all the rooms including in the bunk bed area which was perfect for our children (ages 6, 4, and 3). There were large bathrooms in both rooms with spa tubs and a half bath of the dining area. We greatly enjoyed eating breakfast on the lanai which has a beautiful ocean view. We kept the slider opened at night to hear the soothing sounds of the ocean. Definite 5 star accommodations making for an awesome vacation. We look forward to staying in this condo for spring break next year.

The condo has a very nice view of the gulf. However, we noticed that a resort is being built right next to building which will partially obstruct the view in the future.
The condo itself was very well maintained. The sofas were a little outdated. Also, don't expect any normal amenities to be there when you arrive. For instance, no coffee filters, no dish soap, no paper towels, no spices, etc...
The facility was very kid-friendly and had great access to the beach. It is also close to the bridge that crosses over to Destin, which makes the location very convenient for post-beach activities.
Overall, we were pleased with our stay and the owners made the booking very smooth.

This condo was really nice. The kitchen was very well stocked, comfortable beds, lots of drawers in bedrooms for unpacking, awesome bathrooms with great showers, very clean, an abundance of linens. The front office folks were very nice, owner quick to respond to emails, beach service was a nice plus. The only disappointment was that the snack bar at the pool was closed for the season.
