2020 Sandpoint sleeps/permits 14 guests on seven queens. There's one in each of the five bedrooms plus a queen murphy bed that folds out of the wall in each of the two living rooms, so no one's getting short changed on a futon or sleeper sofa. One of the queen master bedrooms is its own studio which has full private bath with shower and kitchenette. The other two queen masters each have their own private full bath with shower. Bedrooms four and five each have private access to the full hall baths with showers. There are also two FULL kitchens and the kitchenette.
2020 Sandpoint has widow's walk and gulf view with only three houses between it and the neighborhood's private pool/hot tub area. The Sand Point neighborhood's VERY SHORT boardwalk and path over the dunes to the beach begins just a couple houses past that.
And speaking of Sand Point, the Sand Point neighborhood is in town at marker #9 on the beach next to Beach Lodge (NOT way out of town, so far down Hwy 361 you can't even get a pizza delivered). In fact you'll only be a mile from the downtown area. The neighborhood offers a relatively large private pool and hot tub area exclusive to Sand Point plus a VERY SHORT private boardwalk and path over the dunes so there's no hiking or driving necessary from a home you just thought was close to the beach. If you've ever stayed elsewhere you know what I'm talking about, but even if you don't have first hand experience in what I'm saying, why chance it? Stay with us at 2020 Sandpoint and here's another great reason why.
Sure most places have a coffee maker, and maybe a toaster but do they also have a blender, can opener, shrimp deveiner and remote controls that actually work? And are they fully stocked with complete cookware, dinnerware, glassware and silverware along with complete bedding linens and towels for the number of guests the home accommodates, as well as brand name dish soap, Tide laundry detergent, body wash, dishwashing detergent, coffee filters, trashbags, paper towels and high quality toilet paper all purchased by moms that care, for moms that care? 2020 Sandpoint has all this and more! So again, if you've stayed elsewhere, you know what I'm talking about. Try 2020 Sandpoint for once and see how it works perfectly for your family too. We feel certain you'll be back again and again!
Additionally, we are THE PRIME LOCATION for SandFest which is an international sand sculpting competition held each year in April. It takes place right next to the Sand Point neighborhood's private boardwalk over the dunes. Where are you going to park? Shuttle? We don't need no stinkin' shuttle from across town. We're staying right next to SandFest at 2020 Sandpoint in the Sand Point neighborhood with pool, hot tub and direct beach boardwalk access to fun!
There's also a very popular restaurant in the neighborhood just steps from the home. The Beach Lodge serves breakfast, lunch and dinner in a casual setting right on the beach. In fact its the only place in Port A to get a pot boil crab dinner and beer on the beach.
Remember folks, Sand Point is the ONLY neighborhood "in town" with restaurant, bar, pool, hot tub, beach boardwalk and golf cart access. So lock in your dates before some other savvy family gets on the calendar ahead of you. We'd love to host your next trip to Port A!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. Having 2 full kitchens was extremely helpful & there was plenty of space for everyone. Management was very helpful and quick to respond to questions.

I booked this place as it fit the exact occupancy needed, perfect location and reasonably priced! Pictures don't do justice on how beautiful this house is, it felt like being home. Comfortable beds, yes even the murphy beds! Fully stocked kitchens, bathrooms and even to do laundry, all that is needed is food. Great and functional appliances, stove, oven, fride, washer/dryer, coffee pot, toaster, blender, BBQ pit, EVERYTHING! Very spacious and each area/bedroom has privacy. Looking forward to booking for our next family trip to Port A.

The house was perfect for our trip. We had 5 families all together and the layout of the house was great. Everyone had their own space and with three refrigerators there was plenty of space for everyone's food and snacks. We cooked every night and it was awesome having two full kitchens! There was plenty of space down stairs for the kids to ride bikes and scooters! The only down side was with two small kids (2 & 3) there are not gates on the stairs to prevent them from going down to the ground level or up to the 3rd floor balcony. Overall our stay was great, the owner was great as well. He was attenuative and nice.

This property was convenient to the beach within 5 minutes by golf cart. Clean and maintained. The dining and kitchen is set up like a triplex so you don’t have on large dining congregational area but if your group wants so privacy after being together it really fits.

This property is amazing! We stayed with a total of 14 people and everyone was very comfortable. There was plenty of space to spread out and the multiple kitchens made meal times very easy. We loved the outdoor rinse off area and picnic tables to enjoy big family meals. The walk to the beach is easy and was a very pretty walk. The extra amenities provided were fantastic and made our stay just that much easier. The pool and hot tub are just a couple houses away and was very nice. We loved sitting on the porches watching the sunrise. Check in/out was a breeze. We plan on staying here every summer! Thank you for such a fantastic week from our very happy family!

Wonderful Thanksgiving week
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our Thanksgiving week vacation together. The multiple suites gave us a great deal of flexibility in sleeping arrangements and meal preparation and food storage.
We all loved the proximity to the beach. The staff was very responsive and accommodating. There were several issues with TVs and fans, but they were corrected in a very timely fashion with just a quick phone call. The house more than lived up to its advertising.

Summer 2021
We rented this same property for our Summer 2020 trip, so you know we like it! We had the entire house and used the entire house. It is big enough we can all stay together and each have our own personal space when needed. Well stocked kitchens which were much appreciated since we chose to eat-in. Perfect for large family groups varying in ages.

First whole family vacation
There were six adults and seven boys aged 2-11 years old. We had plenty of space. Place was clean abs close to the beach. Washer/dryer/dishwasher worked great. All the basic kitchen needs were in great shape.
The neighbors all adhered to the 10pm quietness which was awesome on a holiday weekend :)

Weekend on the coast
We had a great experience from the initial contact with the property manager, Matthew, to the check out Sunday morning. Lots of room, comfortable beds, nicely supplied kitchens and plenty of parking for our large group. We had a big age range together for an extended weekend. Offshore fishing one day, beach the rest.
We will be sure to check into this property again the next time we have a large group

Wonderful stay
Our family had a wonderful stay. Location is great! The house is spacious for 14 of us and it is within walking distance to the beach. Matthew, the property manager is very responsive. When we need more detergent and hand soap, they were delivered promptly. Owner is very strict with the number of guests staying at the house. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Great property and location
We rented all of the units in this property which easily housed two families of 4. The house was actually better than the pictures listed. The location is also excellent with just a short walk down the street to get to the beach. We stayed over the 4th of July weekend and the top deck was the perfect 360 view of fireworks going off all over in Port A. The units were equipped with everything we needed In the kitchen to cook meals for 8 people. I would definitely visit this property again!

Family Vacation
Would stay there again. Kitchens were well equipped with dishes and cooking utensils. A couple of the mattress should be upgraded. It was nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom with plenty of linens and hot water. It was actually 3 condos connected by lockable passage doors. It worked very well for our group as we could each have our own space (if wanted) and still be together easily. We rented a golf cart as we had small children that we would have had to carry to the beach. For adults it wasn't that much of a walk. (The golf carts can go all over the area. Very handy and fun.) We had a great time. Matt (property manager) was very helpful and had lots of information about the area. There was plenty of parking on the property for our vehicles and could of held more. I highly recommend Virginia's On The Bay to eat!

Perfect Setup for our Group
This home was the perfect setup for our group of 10. Everything was neat and clean. Mathew was easy to work with. The area was well into restoration after Hurricane Harvey.

Excellent stay, excellent house.
We had the entire three sections of the home rented and filled to capacity, and it served our needs perfectly! There was a concern upon arrival about ground level storage (there was only 3 outdoor closets, and we thought we'd have use of garage area to safely store surfboards, SUPs, fishing gear, etc). However, after a brief phone call with Matthew, he did some quick thinking and made arrangements for us to use the garage area in the home next door (another one of his properties). Excellent customer service! Only reason I am not giving five stars, is because I feel such a large beach house that accommodates so many people should offer more storage for outdoor gear. It may have noted that storage was limited in the house description on website, and I just missed it. Either way, it's a great house, and Matthew does a tremendous job of trying to keep his guests happy!

Family Reunion in Port Aransas
We rented 3 properties all next door to each other on Sandy point. The family used 453006 as the main house for meeting and dinner. The 3 parts to the property was perfect for 3 of the families that slept there. There are two ,2 bedroom with baths on each side with an small efficiency in the middle. I gave us privacy at night but could open up the whole house -all three units to accomidate the 25 family in the reunion. Its just a short block up the street to the boardwalk over the beach. The kitchen, dining and living room large enough for a large group- Decks on front were great and an upper lookout deck was an added bonus. Management company was great, made everything easy for us start to finish. I would certainly stay with this company again!! Thank you

Great family reunion house!
2020 Sandpoint was perfect for our needs for extended family reunion. Lots of room. Great amenities and furnishings. Easy walking distance to beach. Beds were very comfortable, even the Murphy beds. Lots of parking room. One recommendation for the property owners: the webbing of the deck PVC chairs is stretched and worn, making the chairs uncomfortable and difficult to get out of, once seated. Please consider replacing the chair webbing.

Family Vaca
This is a great location and has tons of room. We had 11 adults and had plenty of room. The house was clean and well stocked with cooking utensils. Has tons of parking, we had 5 vehicles and 2 trailers and still had room to party and room for guest to park.

Family reunion
Our family of 8 adults and 8 grandchildren stayed here. Six grandchildren are 7 years and younger. We had a great time because there was room for all and the furnishings were easy to care for with little ones. There was room to play and bbq on the ground level and we were able to walk to the beach.

Family Vacation
Great Location and Property! The property was clean and well suited for 7 adults and 4 pre-teens. The layout allowed each couple to have their own bathroom and the pre-teens to share bedroom, each room also had own cable TV and Wi-FI which came in very handy when the weather didn't cooperate with our plans. Had a wonderful time, property manager is very courteous and was great at making stay enjoyable. Castaways and Finn's are great restaurants to try.
