The Marmont Estate, located directly behind Chateau Marmont, is a 3 bed, 3 bath home. On entering the gate, you are lead to the front door. Once inside, there is a well appointed living room that leads to the backyard and pool. If you head the opposite direction on entering, it leads you to the kitchen and dining area, which also has access to the pool and yard. There is one small office/bedroom downstairs. Up the stairs you will find the other bedrooms, all well appointed and tastefully designed.

Guests will have access to the entire home as well as the driveway and garage to park. There will be no one else on the property, other than the weekly pool man and gardener, unless otherwise discussed with you in advance.

All 30+ day stays require mid stay cleaning by our professional housekeeping team. This is a full clean of the house and change of linens. We pay our cleaners a fair, livable wage and we always strive to hire the best, most reliable and honest cleaners in the business. This team in the backbone of our company, and they work tirelessly to ensure every stay is a clean one!

If you’re the type that wants to arrive and relax at the house on your vacation, Uber and Lyft are readily available as well.

At Open Air Homes, we strive to give you such a great experience, that you will consider us for Property Management if and when you buy. There is a 10-day grace period to return any items taken from the home at check-out (keys, garage remotes, etc). Replacement costs will be charged to guests if items are not received within 10 days of check-out.
