About this house rental

Nestled directly behind the famous Chateau Marmont, and walking distance from Sunset Blvd, this beautiful home with large grounds is the perfect retreat. Thoughtful design throughout the home leads to a lush private garden with space to lounge by the pool, host guests, and simply relax. This historically significant home was built by the same builder as the Chateau Marmont, and has a rich history that has been impeccably maintained throughout. Experience true Hollywood Hills luxury in this home.

The Marmont Estate, located directly behind Chateau Marmont, is a 3 bed, 3 bath home. On entering the gate, you are lead to the front door. Once inside, there is a well appointed living room that leads to the backyard and pool. If you head the opposite direction on entering, it leads you to the kitchen and dining area, which also has access to the pool and yard. There is one small office/bedroom downstairs. Up the stairs you will find the other bedrooms, all well appointed and tastefully designed.

Guests will have access to the entire home as well as the driveway and garage to park. There will be no one else on the property, other than the weekly pool man and gardener, unless otherwise discussed with you in advance.

All 30+ day stays require mid stay cleaning by our professional housekeeping team. This is a full clean of the house and change of linens. We pay our cleaners a fair, livable wage and we always strive to hire the best, most reliable and honest cleaners in the business. This team in the backbone of our company, and they work tirelessly to ensure every stay is a clean one!

Our property management team cares for each home, and our goal is to have each home properly maintained before you step foot in the home. We make your check in and check out process a breeze, and simply ask you to turn off the lights/AC and lock up on departure. Our team is well versed in the local community, and we offer each guest a personalized set of recommendations before your stay, with the goal of making your stay a truly unforgettable experience.

At Open Air Homes, we strive to give you such a great experience, that you will consider us for Property Management if and when you buy. Our goal is to provide unforgettable, relaxing vacations to our guests, and we aim to take care of all of the needs of this property before you step foot in the home.

There is a 10-day grace period to return any items taken from the home at check-out (keys, garage remotes, etc). Replacement costs will be charged to guests if items are not received within 10 days of check-out.

PET FEES: For stays under 30 days, there is a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet. For 30+ stays, there is a non-refundable fee of $300 per pet. Damages and/or failure to pick up after your pet may result in additional charges at check out.

Failure to comply with this will result in an additional charge of up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to Owner and/or Company.

-For any items left behind after check-out, guests will be charged the shipping costs and an additional service fee of $25.

-All 30+ day stays require mid-stay cleanings by our professional housekeeping team. Payment will be requested after booking confirmation.
