We celebrated my brother's birthday. And location was perfect. Fresh market just near by. Coffee shops, 7eleven. 25 min beautiful walk and u in old town. Bus will take you any fun places.

We had a great time in Park City and this condo is in the perfect location to get around. Parks, stores, and downtown main street all nearby.
Pros - location, Vacasa was responsive, well stocked, pet friendly, and overall a comfortable place.
Cons - Total complex needs some attention, too much furniture cluttering the space, dated colors, and the 3rd floor was challenging to carry my bike up and down the stairs (which was my own fault for not thinking of this).
I would recommend this property as it is comfortable and perfectly located.

Comfortable and convenient to stores.

The property was great with the exception of the carpet...it was completely trashed and needed to be replaced. There was a sign by the door that said to remove your shoes, but with the carpet being so incredibly dirty there was no point in removing one's shoes as the damage was already done a LONG time ago. Besides the very dirty carpet everything else was great.

This vacation unit was very nice, comfortable and clean. Good location, you can either walk or take the bus to the ski area base. The bus stop is just across the street. I would rent this unit again.

Great place & location. We will stay there again next trip!

I would consider this more of a "value" condo, which is nice to see as Park City is now stupid expensive. The location is great, just a 5 min walk to the lifts and a 5 min drive to downtown. Being a top-floor condo is great and parking is easy.
All the amenities are there, but everything is a bit dated. The carpet and kitchen need updating, but the bathrooms are newly upgraded and nice. The building is showing its age and the hot tub was broken during our stay, which was a huge disappointment. We only found out about this after our refundable window had passed.
Nevertheless, the pricing of this condo makes it an excellent value when other places closer to town are double the price.

We loved the location of this property! A short walk to the ski lifts and right on a bus stop to town. Overall unit was very clean, a little dated decor wise, however we encountered a few issues with the property. The unit heater and water heater both did not work on the last day of our stay so we were quite chilly, the bedroom windows were leaky and had paper towels stuffed in the gaps (by management or previous renters), we were not provided with a hot tub code and had to call Vacasa directly to receive it and the unit fireplace did not work. If all the above is fixed the unit would be great for a group of friends or small family.

The unit itself was okay but if you are looking for a well kept and maintained complex with maintained grounds to come back to after a long day to enjoy and relax than I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Bus stop right out front and great spot close to town. Only thing was the hot tub wasn’t available even though it was listed

The place was fantastic with super convenient shuttle access right outside. Very clean, well equipped. We did find out the hot tub was closed unexpectedly. If that’s a big factor for you, I would confirm that it’s been reopened. Overall exceptional value.

Loved the location. Condo appeared freshly cleaned upon our arrival. Looks just like the pictures. Stairs (no elevator) lead from underground garage to 3rd floor. Close to bus stop and short walk (less than 1 mile) to downtown.

This is listed as a non smoking rental, and even has a sign inside stating no smoking aloud. It wreaked of smoke and I am highly allergic. Had to open windows and use Lysol spray to make it tolerable. Prior to arrival I received a call stating that someone from the property management company who was on scene removing some of the owners belongings from a closet. I’m glad we didn’t arrive early as we had received a text we could. Then I received the following text and my response with no further response from Ron. Who is this is Ron from Vacasa I was just checking in to make sure everything was OK with your home and I didn’t accidentally leave something out that looked unsightly or anything.

We stayed in Park City for our daughter’s lacrosse tournament. The VRBO was conveniently located close to the tournament, in our price range, and we loved the amenities of a house. It was a very comfortable stay. The washing machine did smell moldy, maybe a deep clean would help! But over all it was wonderful.

Great location
Wonderful location for skiing. Apartment had small issues but nothing to halt the fun of Park City. Would have liked a booklet with clear house and area details including code to hot tub. But thanks for a great base and stay. Cheers.

Very nice, better than expected.
We were there Christmas week, which is fraught with major upcharges, so we overpaid for this stay. The place was pretty much as we expected. We were pleasantly surprised by the decent customer service. The pilot light on the gas fireplace went out just after Christmas. I called, got a human, and a serviceman arrived that night to fix it. We had also emailed and didn’t get a response to the email until the next day, so that was not the way to get service. My advice to Vacasa would be to better personalize the service…give us one or two personal contacts so that every time we reach out we are not dealing with a new individual who needs our reservation number before having any way to help us. So, the service was better than in some previous reviews and we enjoyed our stay.

Two week summer stay
Park City is a pricy area, so this is a good deal, relatively speaking. Good location, especially if you’ll be mountain biking (like me) or skiiing, as it’s a quick walk to PC Mountain. About 1 mile walk to the main part of downtown, but it’s a nice walk. The place is fairly run down on the outside, but inside is nice, and though older. Tennis court not open due to poor condition and hot tub closed. 3rd floor, stairs only. Dogs allowed, but since there is only a tiny patio area, have to take them out a lot. Nothing fancy about this place, but enjoyed my stay, as it’s more about the outdoors here.

Great location, clean, and quiet!
We enjoyed this location for convenience to grocery and bike trails. We also felt comfortable in the condo and could spread out just enough. I would only change one thing and that is I wish we’d had a second parking space for our tall vehicle, the garage is only 7 ft clearance so I had to find street parking and that was challenging.

Winter family vacation
Great location for easy access to Park City and Deer Valley. Easy ride to Cottonwood Canyon. Pros=covered parking, comfy beds, very clean, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of clean linens and towels, perfect size for family of 4. Cons=3rd floor and no elevator, dated, clogged bathtubs.

Family ski vacation
My husband, two kids and old dog enjoyed our stay at this condo. The beds were comfortable and the location to the ski mountain was ideal since we could walk on the days the parking was full. Skiing Park City was so much fun!

Good location but needs updates and thorough cleaning
The location was great to walk to Park City ski lifts and had easy access to town and bus lifts. However, neither the hot tub or gas fireplace worked. We called on both and were reimbursed for lack of hot tub usage during our stay. Maintenance came for the fireplace, but they did not get it started and only left a note stating it may need to be manually lit. We were unable to get it lit during our stay. The unit felt dirty (hair throughout unit - no matter where we put belongings, came back with hair on them) and outdated. For instance, we had to wash all of the dishes before we used them. The pillows, sheets, and mattresses seemed as though they could have been original to the unit. Finally, the complex was loud with other units playing loud music well into the morning. Overall, if you don’t care about anything but location, this place is for you. If you care about any more, I would recommend somewhere else.

Just what we needed
This place was cozy, comfortable and just what we needed for a weekend of skiing. The location is great, the bed was comfortable and our stay very pleasant. We had trouble with Netflix on the television, but the internet worked fine so we used our computers instead. We were grateful we found this place, and would highly recommend.

Great location for skier’s, shoppers and dogs.
Living and bedroom windows look up to the Park City ski hill, and the chair lift is a short walk away (5 minutes or less). Bus stop is right outside the building for easy access to shopping in town, or hopping over to ski Deer Valley or Canyons - (free too). Parking garage has a height limit of 7 feet, so plan accordingly.

Clean, comfortable, and a great location
Spacious, clean, comfortable condo with nice appointments in the kitchen and bath. Great location near the bus stop and grocery store. The location of the hot tub is less than appealing, so if that is a priority for you, I would look elsewhere.

Great location ; nice apartment ; 3rd floor walk up
The location is excellent. Very near PCMR and easy drive to Deer Valley. Apartment is nice and comfortable with good kitchen and cozy gas fireplace. Good to have an indoor parking space. Only downside is that it's a third floor walk up, and the stairs are outside and therefore cold in the winter.
