The home was clean and very roomy. The tables and benches allows for the entire group to enjoy meals, gatherings, etc!

Beautiful house that is spacious. House cleaners need to do better.

The place fit everyone in our family. My mom is one of 6 and they have not been together at one time in 18 years. Fitting is all under one roof was important. There was plenty of seating for all of us. The kitchen had two stoves, two fridges, a long Island for serving. Each bedroom had a bathroom. People had privacy while being able to be together. The place had everything we needed.

This is a beautiful house that has been abused and needs the small things addressed to make it a top notch vacation experience.

Beautiful, clean, and spacious. Our family group of 50 had plenty of space. This home has it all! The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you could possibly need to serve a large group. We were all very comfortable here. Everyone we communicated with was friendly and extremely helpful.

We loved the fact it was big enough for each family to have their own space. It didn’t feel crowded with 30 people staying.
We did have a few minor issues with a dryer, oven, dishwasher, and fuse but maintenance was quick to respond. Luckily there were 2 of everything. Garbage should have been picked up more often given the size of the cabin and COVID. We ate every meal in the cabin.

The home was perfect for our group!

The cabin was clean and very spacious and very well maintained. However the heat did not work on the lower level and put a strain on the rest of the floors. We called and they sent a few space heaters out and looked at the unit. But it was not fixed. This was a major issue for us and is unacceptable.

We had our small group retreat with 22 adults. The lodge was perfect for our group!

The various issues that we have faced are as under:
1. At the time of checking in, the kitchen had a severe stench of fish which was an extremely unwelcoming first impression. We called and reported this immediately and since no remedy was offered we had to buy baking soda and leave it out through the house.
2. One of the dishwashers wasn't working which resulted in us washing many dishes by hand - which is not how we wanted to spend our vacation. Again, we immediately called and notified this issue. It was fixed a day later.
3. We have strong concerns about the cleanliness and hygiene of the rental. There were numerous (indoors and outdoors) cob webs around the house and areas covered in dust. We have an infant that would usually spend most of her time on the floor, but we felt extremely uncomfortable with this idea.
4. Multiple showers and kitchen sink don't drain properly which was also reported. No solution was offered.
5. None of the TVs were working at time of check in which is laughable. This was reported immediately but was only fixed halfway through our stay.
6. Lastly, the WIFI wasn't working. In today's day and age this is unacceptable. Many of us were planing on working from home and couldn't do so.

The cabin has a great set-up of bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. The kitchen is well-equipped with dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, stoves, refrigerators, storage space, counter space. We had 33 people in total, including 5 married couples, 2 single adults, 16 teens and 5 children under age12. There were plenty of beds, but the number of beds for couples (9 king/queen beds) plus 9 futons, one in each of those rooms, for children, was more than we needed, while the number of single beds (6 double bunks, for sleeping 12 people) was less than the number needed. If we had really had the stated capacity of 60 people, it would have been difficult. It worked out okay, since some teens were okay with sleeping with a friend in a king/queen, and we moved some of the futons around to group the teens closer together.
We had a few problems, which management tried to fix, including poor/no wifi for watching TV/movies, a dryer that did not function, no locks on the bear boxes (to keep garbage secure). We appreciated their efforts, but those were not solved while we were there. One level lost AC, which they were able to fix - thanks! We finally found the public pool, but it was very distant if walking up and down steep roadways, and never found the pool passes. It was okay, since there were hot tubs at the cabin! And the porches were wonderful for sitting outside admiring the surroundings.

The place is great for a large party. Sleeps a lot of people. The cabin needs to be updated. It also needs a deep cleaning. Several things not working or broken. Good location and parking was good.

Very difficult to communicate to get issue resolved with hot tub. Someone did eventually come to look at issue but was not qualified to repair and we had no use of the hot tub for duration of the stay. The description for the lodge said pool but we were never able to find a pool. When I called to ask about the pool the call center confirmed there was a pool but said they did not know where it was located.

Had a party of about 35 people. Really enjoyed the sizes of the rooms and location. Didn’t enjoy the unstable bunk beds, roach infestation in the kitchen, unreliable water pressure, and wasps in one room. Had to call maintenance 3 times to fix the issues. And that was all within 24 hours of the stay. I did appreciate the quick response to fixing the issues, but it seems those issues should have been addressed before guests checked into the cabin.

Everything was good except for dryer not working and one of bathroom. Would of given 5 other than that.

The property is in a great place and has the potential to be amazing. There is so much room in the house to entertain everyone. I will also say it is set up really nice to host a huge group. Our main complaint is around the cleanliness of the cabin. The kids feet were completely black after running around the house for the first hour we were there. There was a lot of trash outside from the previous people in one of the hot tubs was not working. These things can be easily corrected and when we called the service team was very responsive and came the next morning . Overall we still had a very good experience and it won’t take much to get this back up to 4 1/2 or five star rating
6.0 / 10.0
The cabin was spacious with plenty of beds. There were a few minor things wrong, kitchen faucet handle kept falling off and only one hot tub actually worked. Other than those issues, it worked out fine for our needs.

Beautiful place in a great location but needs to be professionally cleaned and has a few pieces of furniture that need to be replaced.

What I loved it was roomy and enough room for my family. What we didn’t love was the roaches everywhere, the air didn’t work on the top floor(when they did come and fixed it, it didn’t stop working on the second floor. I also reached out to let them know we had leaks in the ceiling from the rain and didn’t get a response, no kind of refund and this cabinet was not cheap. So in all bad service.

Wow, bedrooms galore!! Two perfect hot tubs!! Excellent layout and only a few miles from Pigeon Forge!! But had a great view of mountains!!!
The only down fall was the water pressure for showers, typical cabin on the moutain side. Parking may be tricky if the neighbors bring over ten cars, both of our neighbors had 11 cars each, so bite crowded for parking. But it worked out!
Just a great time !

It accommodated my family of 49 very well, the location was great too.

We had booked 2 other rentals through Vacasa. One canceled for reasons we weren’t told, one the rental burnt down. Vacasa offered us this cabin. It did accommodate our large group.
Amenities were lacking a bit. Only one extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, we had 38 people there for 6 nights. Definitely not enough. The picture was deceiving in that we thought the cabin was a stand alone cabin. It wasn’t. It was more of a complex and there was no play area outside for the 8 kiddos in our family. It was just s big parking area. The view also was not as pictured.
As others mentioned there was s horrific noise. It was like a steam building up type sound followed by banging noise like some one hammering. Best we figured it was something with water heater or plumbing and unfortunately we had the bedroom where the locked cubby door was. So any time someone flushed during the night we were serenaded by that obnoxious sound. One of the upper bedroom showers had extremely weak water pressure so they used our shower. Hopefully after this submission these things will be addressed.
We assumed pool was included but when a group went to use it they said we had to pay but that day we could use it without charge. When I called Vacasa they said we didn’t have to pay and didn’t for any future use.
Other than that, the cabin was clean upon arrival, beds were comfy and it served it purpose for us.

Please double check before booking. We arrived to find the 2nd floor AC system not working. The management called and knew of the situation before our check in but did not alert us. They never sebt anyone out to fix it. On the 2nd day the 1st floor AC went out too. The management did not respond to our communications. All the extra linens were also on the floor in the closet and not clean

Nice Cabin
Very spacious and nice cabin that comfortably fit all of us. The only negative was the cleaning crew must have skipped over a few things and there were dirty towels and empty bottles and cups in some rooms but it happens and I wouldn’t let that effect my decision in staying here again.

We are of 7 Families with Total count of 30 members enjoyed the Cabins. Loved the location , easily accessible. Hot Tubs are nice. Below things to be improved.
1.Additional Trash bags should be there and trash would have removed on daily basis.
2.Back of the cabin gives strong awful smell i think its due to sewer tank.
3.In the Basement one of the Room has light bulb issue.
4.Once u enter Basment on the Right side Bedroom gives terrible sound i think if any one uses Bathroom the sound will disturb ur Sleep.
5.Extra Napkins , few more Cooking utensils has to be added.
6.No option for Electric Vehicle Charge point.
7.Additional Grace Period of 1hr should have given as we gone as group getting out everybody is a tough job.

Casual business meeting
A couple of hiccups didn't keep us from having a good time. Arrived at 330 (4pm check in) as we had to prep our first mtg that was starting at 5pm. However the cleaning crew wasn't done when we arrived and we weren't able to get in until 530-6pm. The management team did a great job of finding out why the cabin wasn't ready yet and fixed the situation with urgency. First night ended up being fantastic!
Day two there were major storms and some flooding in the area and the entire community's water was shut off due to a water main break. The management team was on top of it again. They offered us the choice to have day two comped and we could check out (as losing water to the whole community was completely out of their hands) or we could "rough it" and stay. Even though we didn't have water, my team didn't want to leave. We were brought multiple 2.5 gallon jugs of water by the mgmt team to use for washing hands, and we made the best of it. The cabin was more than enough for 10 individual leaders to have their own room and bathroom, the entertainment space was a perfect setting for our meeting (using the big screen TV). Having double ovens and double fridge with a fully stocked kitchen was perfect as we prepped all of our own meals. Sometimes bad things happen but the mgmt team made me want to book my next mtg here as they were good communicators and quick to resolve issues. I've read other comments and yes the cabin isn't brand new and could use some small projects such as carpet on the stairs, a few light bulbs replaced, etc... but it wouldn't keep me from renting here again.

Very nice property absolutely huge perfect for the group of family And friends .
Everything went smoothly. Usually rent one to two vacation spots from Vrbo annually. Everything usually goes smoothly. I’m a little bit of a warrior I guess sometimes I just like to be able to talk to a person and make sure everything‘s OK. This particular unit made long weekend vacation perfect, it gave us all the room and the amenities we needed.

Horrible ...
When we arrived the first thing we noticed is that there are not 10 parking spots there are five max . When we got into the house the house smelled like curry and stay that way for a minimum of three days. Each level has its own thermostat the bottom level to the rooms the air did not work in. We had 24 guest the house says it can sleep 66 the trash was was never picked up outside so you can imagine how much trash there was. All cabins around us which was a total of four in the little cul-de-sac that we were in had parties every night between weed smoking and music being played loud. The last night the cabin next to us actually had a shooting. Needless to say we will not be staying here again.
