The staff there were very helpful even though I had to check-in late at night due to other commitments and am thankful to them for accommodating my request.

Absolutely pathetic experience

Location was good.

Staff said the booking done through booking.com is fraud, as the property cost was 1500 but booking.com sold it for 800. He said it is not possible to give the room at that price. He demanded the balance money. I think booking.com should not be doing business with OYO or any other third party aggregators. The hotels only want to use OYO or booking.com kind of sites to show their properties but not sell. They want direct sales but free marketing through booking.com and OYO kind of companies. They don’t have any qualified professionals. Very arrogant staff or owners. They are unfit to be tied through online platforms.

Worth to choose this one

Rooms were clean, very comfortable... staff was very welcoming, especially the manager. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting

Great hospitality

Starting from the welcome, the property, rooms, bath area, swimming pool, food everything was excellent. And it completely showed in the behavior and efforts of the staff that they want the guests to have a great experience at the property.

Best affordable hotel

Very calm and cozy environment, beautiful rooms with garden view, good ambience. Property was spacious, rooms were neat and clean. Food quality superb. Really enjoyed.

Great gesture of staff

The stay was amazing. The breakfast was incredible. The hospitality was great. Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms. The rooms were very classy with all the facilities to fulfill our needs.

Seamless check in process

The Hotel experience was really good. Clean Rooms and bathrooms, friendly cooperative staff. Nice hotel polite staff clean & well maintained room.

Only negative point would be the parking.. if you come here by car then you better be an experienced driver.. roads were really very narrow and very less space for parking.

Stay was just amazing... Staff was super friendly and extremely helpful. Clean and well maintained hotel at a reasonable price. Great location to stay, view from the roof top was wonderful. Food was also tasty.

location is better than 100% of other properties in Bangalore. nice reception area. no outside view. kitchen is outside and food is just for staff are friendly and good. did not ask us to even tip. old bedsheets and furniture but washed regularly. because i did not get a window view and fresh air. specious room and clean bathroom.

Very Nice and Beautiful Hotel, well trained staff, so clean and hygiene. It was awesome. Food was very good. The staff were very supportive. They allowed to early check-in.

Overall a pleasant experience. The food was delicious. Property in the prime location. spacious rooms. neat and clean bathroom. The staff was polite and friendly.

One of my best stay at byke apartment. Thanks to who attended me right from check in to my check out and supported me well. This hotel has probably the most friendly enthusiastic staff. I will surely visit again to them. Thank you soo much guys, especiallyHighly recommended.

Charm and Comfort

Very good manager. . Gave me a super small room with queen bed. Can’t even breath in there. For extra money changed room. Please check your room size before book.

One of the best

The bed was soft, the pillows were fluffy, and the bathroom was spacious and well-appointed. It was very nice experience... felt like home, staff was also good. Very clean , neat and well maintained Hotel. Super Location. very nice and good service.

Budget friendly best hotel

Excellently kept hotel with large rooms, well-mannered personnel, delicious meals, and excellent amenities.

Didn't find electric kettle as was removed from the room due to not working condition.

It's not good because there is no proper display name of the ur hotel

I didn't like this property

When I took key from reception weni floor but no guidence abt this wr the room is located And room which I got 204 is opened and also wish room used by some one else it is completely wet because of i don't want complain to reception people because of hurry in my work but I m getting always mails from Oyo and also booking.com And also they charged me more for everything Including room charges For every service they took extra money from me Looting money from guest not acceptable Even for water also we have to request it's a basic need that also can't able to provide by property by charging more money not even worth as they charged Because I m also hotelier That's why I didn't complain on reception while checking out But it's too bad to asking water normal water or mineral water. After paying 1500 bugs Dear management kindly take care of ur property for ur improvement of business it's just my suggestion not complaint because I m also hotelier

They told me they are not taking online bookings and for the room they charged extra 500 rs. If they don't take online booking then why you people show that hotel in your website.. Totally disappointed in check-in process.
