Buen espacio, mala ubicación

Áreas comunes muy cómodas y dormitorios muy bien en relación al precio

El entorno al hostel bastante hostil, sector de fiesta que genera un ambiente algo peligroso.

Minha estadia foi proveitosa, voltarei quando puder!

Gostei da localização e o clima do hostel de muita liberdade e paz!

Eu dormi a primeira noite da beliche na parte de cima, toda vez que eu me mexia fazia muito barulho kkk e senti muito calor, sorte que nas noites seguintes o rapaz da cama de baixo trocou de lugar comigo.

Gostei do atendimento dos funcionários.. Localização mais segura de Itapuã, a delegacia é na mesma calçada... tem uma excelente churrascaria próximo... preço acessível.

Pelo calor que é na região., falta mais ventilação no quarto, um ar condicionado seria perfeito pra quem dorme na cama de cima e pra quem dorme na cama de baixo.

Os colaboradores não são muito receptivos, tirando Adalto que foi super gente boa, o restante do pessoal meio que olhava

Ótimo custo-benefício

Ótimo espaço de convivência e localização, bem como a limpeza dos banheiros e áreas comuns

Na primeira noite o ar condicionado não funcionou e tivemos que mudar de quarto. No dia seguinte o problema foi solucionado, entretanto parou de funcionar na madrugada.

Preço relativamente baixo. Pessoas cordiais no atendimento.

Não existe uma liderança nos funcionários para orienta-los, a limpeza deixa a desejar, é muito mal ventilado, a estrutura é insuficiente pra quantidade de pessoas, a cozinha é mal aparatada, a pia é torta, fica vazando água, e o pior de tudo, ao sugerir que essas melhorias fosse aplicadas à proprietária, a resposta foi "não temos dinheiro pra arrumar tudo isso". Uma lástima... Espero sinceramente que melhorem, pois tê potencial.

Wi-Fi and it’s close to the airport.

We booked an apartment but it looked very different from what you see in the photos. The furniture looks very old. The fridge is rusty and noisy. You don't have much privacy because people place their clothes to dry in front of your window. You also have to make your bed, which it’s okay but looking at how dirty the mattress is, you get a bad impression of how the cleaning is. The shower had no pressure, making it very difficult to have a proper shower. And the drain also had a bad smell. It's not the cleanest place. Location is good during the day but a bit sketchy at night.

No geral é bom, Pra mim que viajo sozinho, Localização é excelente

O hostel é bonito, bem decorado, bastante banheiro banheiros e ainda bem que tinha opção de quarto individual

O rosto eu trabalho com aquela opção de dar Hospedagem para os hóspedes que se proporem a trabalhar nele,talvez isso faça com que alguns detalhes Sejam deixados de lado, como a limpeza Constante dos banheiros, como retirada de lixos e limpeza do vaso sanitário

A localização é perfeita e os funcionários muito atenciosos, solícitos e muito gentis. Sempre a disposição para sugestões para solução dos problemas.

As instalações não são das melhores, a limpeza também não. Um tanto quanto desorganizado. Banheiros desconfortáveis. Ventiladores sem proteção e com possibilidade de causar acidentes. Tem o básicodo básico, só isso.

Ótima localização

Ótima localização, bem em frente à praia a perto de padarias, farmacias e restaurantes. O ambiente do hostel é muito bom, me senti em casa. A cama é confortável e tem ar condicionado no quarto (feminino com 3 beliches).

Em resumo a estadia foi péssima, local insalubre, região violenta.

O atendimento dos voluntariados.

A localização é péssima, muitas pessoas em situação de rua, o que aumenta o risco de furtos e assaltos. A recepção do hostel é virtual, mas funciona apenas até às 22h, de modo que após esse horário você fica refém de aguardar na portal do Hostel, sem qualquer proteção. Por se tratar de região com alto risco de violência, o hospede fica refém a depender do horário. A senha de acesso ao Hostel (portão) é alterado diariamente, mas não existe nenhum método de divulgação aos hospedes. Os quartos são sujos, durante quatro dias não foi visto nenhuma limpeza, com ressalva dos banheiros, que eram higienizados apenas uma vez ao dia, para suportar um fluxo de aproximadamente 30 hospedes. Não há ar condicionado nos quartos, apenas alguns ventiladores pequenos, que são compartilhados com todos, um calor insuportável, tendo em vista que inexiste ventilação natural (luz do sol). O espaço de convivência é péssimo, panos sujos foram os sofás. Um destaque ao atendimento excelente dos voluntários.

Convenient near the airport and the beach in the morning.

It’s okay for the price and clean in general. In front of a very loudly street so it’s difficult to sleep but for a short stay is okay.

We are so many people for few toilets so it can get drafty easily. Went once and staff was really nice but went a week after and people was not talking at all in person and everything was done via WhatsApp which was very impersonal and strange.

awful place - the worst we stayed at

basically nothing. one guy who worked there was friendly.

our room was disgusting - it smelled so so bad security was terrible - windows onto a shared balcony anyone in the hostel could access didn’t lock - so effectively we were imprisoned as we couldn’t leave our valuables and go out. the hostel didn’t care about this at all - even though you would think security should be a pretty high priority. you get given sheets and have to make your own bed (and first sheets we were given weren’t even the right size). please don’t be misled - the balcony is just part of the hostel, the other reviews are really not accurate - this was by far the worst place we have stayed in 8 weeks of travelling around South America. it’s cheap but we stayed in another place in Salvador for the same price which was so so much nicer - avoid. who knows about the location - we couldn’t leave the room!

It was really cheap and for what I paid the hostel was fine. Extremely nice crew members.

Wish the beds had curtains for some privacy. There's a lot of beds and people in a small room and u feel watched 24/7.

Exceptional

A wonderful hostel right at the beach for people who want to spend some time outside of the city. The owners & volunteers are all amazing and the common area invites to socialize with fellow travelers. The dorms are spacious, there is a kitchen for communal use, Wifi works great in all areas, lots of little supermarkets & shops nearby. I can highly recommend to stay there & hope to be back soon.

Best hostel in Itapuã

Great value and good location to explore Itapuã. Good kitchen facilities and lovely staff whilst I was staying. I returned a few times as the beaches nearby are lovely and it's a great stop before the airport.

Some of the beds are very uncomfortable.
