About this apartment rental

Newly purchased 3 bedroom/2 bath condo at The Landings, one of Ft. Myers most active communities. This split bedroom plan overlooks the 7th green and comes with reserved underground parking across from the elevator. Over 1400 sqft with a screened lanai/balcony, there is something for everyone at The Landings. Included amenities are a marina, 18 hole executive golf course, swimming pools, modern gym, 13 Har-Tru tennis courts, 8 pickleball courts, 3 bocce court, 2 clubhouses with bars, inside and outside dining, events and more. This property is in the community of Steamboat Bend East with weekly socials at their pool. Close to grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants and shopping.

There was recovery work being done in and around the unit that led to a less than ideal first impression. As soon as some of those issues were resolved everything was fine. We enjoyed sitting on the screened lanai watch the golfers. Very convenient location. Owner was very attentive to our needs.

We loved everything about this rental. Owner was accessible, informative and helpful. The location was fantastic with many activities available (golf, twnnis m, pickle ball) Unit completely met our needed and matched the description well. Highly recommend this for a fun vacation.

Don't hesitate to book this condo. It is bright, clean, comfortable and well stocked. Community amenities are well maintained and worth the extra fee paid for use. Beautiful sunsets at the marina are just a short walk away. Would love to stay again.
