People with reduced mobility or in a wheelchair can reach the elevator directly from the courtyard floor through the corridor of the garages without climbing the entrance steps.
In the large internal courtyard there is a reserved parking space, in addition to the ideal outdoor shower in the summer and the outboard car - washing point.
The price includes the use of gas, electricity, water, internet and reserved and closed parking inside the courtyard. Blankets and mattress covers are included. On request we can make you a food shopping to fill the fridge and pantry before your arrival at a cost of € 20 plus the amount of the expense. Possibility of: beach equipment rental (2 mats, 2 beach towels, 2 folding chairs, 2 folding deckchairs, 1 umbrella); bikes. Contact us if you arrive at the train station and you need to be recovered to reach the house.
Finally, we are very sorry but unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets in the apartment. For tax reasons it is necessary to sign a contract for tourist use. It is a simple formality.
