property is so cute. very small but sweet.
the dining table and large dining chairs should be simplified to create more sitting. but we really enjoyed our time there and quietness

Down for family reunion/Thanksgiving holiday. Husband and I decided to change our lodging up this year. I'm so glad we did! I suggested a VRBO and found this sweet little place. It was perfect for our holiday weekend. Looks exactly like the pictures. VERY CLEAN, quiet and stocked with everything you need. The bed was amazingly comfortable. Owner has though of everything! There is also a bigger house on the property if you have a larger family. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Dawn for the chat and the tour.

Just right for the two of us. Very comfortable and quiet. Spying out the land for a relocation so is a perfect location to do so.
Suggestions for a more comfortable stay would be replacing reclining loveseat with one that actually does recline and blocking out outside light for better sleep at night.

The cottage is perfect for 2 people. It is cozy and well decorated. Neighborhood is quiet. Definitely plan to return in the future when in the area again.

Small in size but big on value
Our hosts went above and beyond to make our week long stay comfortable. The tiny house was tastefully appointed and beautifully decorated. Amenities such as a queen size bed and large refrigerator allowed us to feel like we were home. The rural setting of the property contributed to the homey atmosphere. We were thoroughly pleased and plan to stay again soon.

Cleanest place I have ever stayed.
This is perfect for 1-2 people who want to just get away or visit in the area. Location is surrounded by other homes. Felt safe enough to keep windows open at night. (October 2021). Owner, manager Dawn went far beyond my expections to make our visit well. Would recomment whole-heartedly.

Perfect for us
This perfectly maintained location was great for us. Cleanest VRBO location ever. Decorated with charm and nice and quiet location as well.
Dawn and Jim thought of all the extras anyone could need; coffee, creamer and even cereal for our first morning. Could not have asked for friendlier, fun hosts.

Beautiful Cottage!!!
This cottage is stunning. Too many thoughtful touches to list. The owners are charming and go above and beyond to ensure your stay is comfortable. Loved the little extras and the cute chalkboard notes. Don’t forget to sign the guest book and try some of the wine from Six Waterpots!

Best tiny house getaway EVER
We cannot brag on this little house enough. It is luxurious, well equipped, gorgeous, comfortable, absolutely fantastic. We cannot wait to go back. Centrally located. Less than a mile from a Walmart Marketplace store but in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of space around the house on the lot. You won't be sorry you pick this one!

Great working getaway
I stayed at this property for two weeks while working in the area. It is beautifully decorated and well appointed from the copper pots to the lush linens. Very clean and extremely comfortable with a high quality bed and pillows. Although there is another house close on the property, the way the two are set up and parking is divided, you wouldn't know it by staying here. Sunsets from the front porch and a glass of local wine (for sale at the property) made winding down easy. The property managers were also very sweet and an absolute pleasure.

Charming
Beautiful well kept property. The hostess thought of everything.
What I liked most was the personal touch of the chalkboards with messages and the notebook that the previous guest left comments in about their experience.
