About this apartment rental
This one bedroom penthouse apartment is on the tenth floor of a modern new building with a double aspect balcony that overlooks the popular, Ipswich Waterfront area. Situated on the south side of the marina, it is a short walk to the main waterfront area which is well served by bars, restaurants and cafes and a short walk to the town centre area shopping and business districts. It’s also ideally located for the main transport links (train, bus and coach depots and A14).
** Minimum age for children is 8 years old. Children are included in the maximum occupancy. Additional security deposit applies.**
This modern apartment is well furnished and the living/dining area has two access doors to the wraparound balcony which provides spectacular views across the waterfront areas and the town; perfect for both business and leisure stays. There is a separate, fully equipped kitchen including fridge/freezer, oven and hob, microwave, toaster, washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, and sufficient cooking/serving equipment for your day-to-day catering.
You will be provided on arrival with a welcome pack on arrival of basics such as bread/butter, milk, cereal, eggs, beans and tea/coffee. We also provide essentials such as washing up liquid, kitchen rolls, cooking oil, salt and pepper.
The main living/dining area has a sofa and easy chair, coffee table and flat screen Smart TV which has free to air terrestrial channels provided and also the facility for you to view your own streaming content. There is a dining table and four chairs.
The bedroom has a king size (5ft) bed, bedside tables with lamps and an alarm clock, plus a double wardrobe.
The family bathroom has a shower over the bath. Welcome toiletries (shampoo/shower gel) are provided.
The building has secure entry via key fob and there is one allocated parking space in the under-building secure carpark (short wheelbase vehicles with a maximum height of 2m).
Please note there is no requirement for a carbon monoxide detector as there is no gas supply to this apartment.
Ipswich is Suffolk’s County Town and due to recent and significant regeneration projects, the town is alive and bustling. It has a thriving business district, an excellent cultural and arts scene, a constantly growing food and drink offering, sports and outdoor activities galore, some spectacular coastal, rural and architectural scenery, many places of interest to visit, and not forgetting the impressive history and heritage of the area which dates back to the Anglo-Saxon times. You will not be bored visiting Suffolk!
The Waterfront area is iconic and is what makes Ipswich 'East Anglia's Waterfront Town'. This vibrant area of the town is alive with restaurants, cafes and bars; all perched on the water’s edge. A great place day and night; watch world-class dance at DanceEast, hop on an Orwell River cruise or simply soak up the atmosphere with a stroll along the quayside.
Ipswich has a great transport service network of buses, trains and taxis as well as good access to A12 / A14 arterial roads and is just one hour from both London Stansted and London Southend airports by car, and the train from London Liverpool Street.

Excellent serviced flat, cosy, having everything needed for the guest's comfort, situated in a great location, breathtaking view over the river and the town.
Grateful to Martin and all the staff involved, they are all so friendly and professional, they all made my stay a very pleasant experience.

Perfect apartment in Ipswich
Perfect organization, full services and full optional. I really suggest this solution. Lovely apartment. Very clean. Nice view, very close to downtown.

Just one detail to improve: the kitchen is perfect, but we did not find a teapot, nice to have.
