Small cozy apartment at walking distance from Tour Eiffel

Very easy and fast check-in, nice and new building (with elevator) in a very stylish central area of Paris. Quiet apartment, well soundproofed even if at the first floor. Bathroom with bidet (!) and heated towel rail. Confortable and quite big sofa beds. Nespresso coffee machine.

Apartment more oriented to fashion and style than practicalities but it's a very minor detail in comparison with the positive things. There are 6 (real) sleeping places but the apartment is very small, more suggested for 4 people than 5 or 6 (we are a family of 5). No freezer. Inductions stove with only 2 burners. No roller shutters only curtains that let in the light in the morning. No contacts from the owner during the stay to ask if everything was going fine.

The cleanness is superb and the location is excellent. The wifi speed. The team Valerie, Emilita and Sonny are great hosts, very kind and helpful!

The design, nice look, air condition, highly maintenanced, location is great, staff was greeting, just off a metro station. Master bed was extremely comfortable

The check in process was disappointing, not only that we communicated early arrival, and got an approval, at thru end, it turned to be much later then the formal time. First floor is subjected to high metro noise (which is under the building) Sofas were much less comfortable The light is very poor and there was no large mirror to check dressing.

This is a superior apartment and a superior location

The apartment was perfect for the three of us. The location on the Left Bank was superb. Walking was easy to every Left Bank attraction. Restaurants, shops, and stores were plentiful. The beds were comfortable as was the sitting area. We were given access codes online, but someone was also there to meet us, show us around, and give us the key to our unit. Communication with the onsite housekeeper and the management was excellent. The apartment was bright. We were able to sit on the small balcony and have coffee or a glass of wine. The shower was the most wonderful I've had in a hotel or apartment rental. The shower did overflow a bit, but it was a small matter, not a deal breaker. It was comfortable and welcoming, and the wifi was good. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. I highly recommend the Suite Cocteau

Everything was very clean, very comfortable, newly furnished so modern, nice and neat. It really deserves its high grade in booking.com. Surprisingly looks just like in the pictures (and even larger than I imagined, knowing some Paris properties). Great location central place in Paris yet quiet neighborhood and close to Metro stations (5 min walk), walking distance from Muse d’Orsey and all highlights of the left bank. Nearly any site in Paris is within short ride in public transportation or even by foot if you are fine walking 15-30 minutes. We were a family of 5 persons (with 3 teenagers aged 13 to 16) and the apartment was perfectly accommodating us - from beds, linen and towels to dishes and dining table space. Wi-Fi was working properly providing good services at all times. The small balcony was a nice surprise we didn’t expect, with a green view to the typical Parisian avenue. Carefour supermarket open 7am to 23pm just nearby and convenience store just around the corner open even later at night.

The kitchen is small with no basic oven (only microwave), and the fridge does not have a freezer (-18C). Located just above the metro tunnel - you can sense the low sound of trains movement though the walls from time to time. (This is not that bad and noticeable only early morning when you wake up and everything is so quiet around). I did not find how to use the TV Box set, or stream to it from my mobile. Maybe it is just me but it could be better to have a guide or a guidance upon check-in.

The apartment worked well for us for the 5 days we stayed there.

The apartment is well located and comfortable. The air conditioning was important as we were there in June when the weather was hot. We ate in a couple of nights and the kitchen is well equiped. A bonus was having access to washing machine and dryer.

Being on the first floor and on a relatively busy road the apartment gets some noise when the doors to the little balcony are open, so we closed the doors. Also some noise from the metro can be heard, but the trains stop about 11 pm.

In love with Paris

Amazing apartment in the city center, close to most sightseeing attractions and museums. I definitely recommend this cozy place for your trip and will be happy to visit it again.

Fabulous place in great location next to the metro station. Make sure drain is fixed before booking!

This is a very spacious apartment in a great location in Paris. The host was very friendly and met us to give us the keys and show us around the property. The apartment is very well decorated, close to metro stations and has a lovely balcony. The apartment was clean and well furnished. There was a party in the apartment complex one evening but the double glazing kept most of the noise away. If they fixed the drain, we would definitely stay again!

There was a problem with the drain in the shower that really affected our trip. The smell was HORRENDOUS. It was difficult to use the bathroom because of the smell and the whole apartment stank of sewage when we arrived back each evening. The host had advised us to put a bowl over the drain to stop the smell but this did nothing. In my opinion, they should not have guests stay in this apartment until the drain is fixed, it's very hard to stay somewhere where the smell of sewage is so strong - especially after showers. We felt like the price was quite high considering the issue with the drain.
