About this house rental
Located only 10 minutes from the airport, come stay at our public golf course home on a quiet cul-de sac. Great amenities such as a community basketball court, a spacious kitchen and a dining room that will seat all 8 guests. Our home has 2 living areas, 4 spacious bedrooms (3 queen and 1 king), and 3 full baths. If you are in the mood, the kitchen has everything you need to serve a delicious meal! Lots of small appliances available, including a crockpot and air fryer! This split floor plan house is perfect for large family gatherings or great friends getting together!
This house is NOT for those who want to throw loud parties. We have a STRONG neighborhood watch and they will call the authorities if they suspect illegal activity. This is a quiet, kid friendly neighborhood. All guests must be part of the original agreement and children count as guests. All cars MUST be parked in the driveway. There is room for 6 average size vehicles, plenty of room for all 8 guests. Our HOA does not allow utility vehicles, boats, RVs, or trailers. You will be charged $35 per night if they are parked OVERNIGHT.
Equipped with a back up generator that will run the entire house. It also contains a tankless water heater. Sorry, no pets and no smoking or vaping allowed on the property. The garage is NOT available with house rental.

Look out to the back yard to see the 15th green and 16th tee box (green fees not included with the price of the home.) Located 5 minutes from grocery stores and eating establishments.

The house is very nice. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio watching the golfers.

Our 4th year staying at this property with our family and friends. Worked perfectly for our group with the layout having 2 bedrooms on each side of the house. In a quiet neighborhood on a cul de sac. Hosts are easy to work with. House feels like home away from home- fully stocked with plenty of towels, games, kid books, kitchen needs, etc highly recommend !

The property was what we expected from the description. We did not have any major issues. Guests should note there are 3 bathrooms but only 2 hair dryers. We shared dryers but would have packed one if we'd known. Guests should be prepared to walk out in the wet grass to dispose of trash around the back of the garage. The beds were comfortable. The house was very clean. The host's directions were excellent. We would highly recommend this property.

My sister and two adult nieces spent four nights at this beautiful home located on a golf course. It was quiet, well stocked, clean and had lots of space. It was nice after being out for the day to come back to this home and relax. We will come back again next time we visit our Springfield family.

The house was super cozy and the perfect size for us. It was very clean and had a bunch of stuff ready for us to use. Good location close to the airport and good distance from downtown Springfield. Would recommend!

This is a very nice place to stay. I was in town for a wedding. This place had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for my family to stay here with us. Awesome kitchen and plenty of space to sit and visit with each other. I would definitely recommend to everyone. The host was very detailed in her communications and responded very quickly to all my questions.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed for a girls' weekend. It will be where we go every time! It is clean, looks like the pictures, easy to find and the owner is wonderful to work with!

Top home for comfort
We had a family reunion to visit and this lovely home was perfect for family members to share. It is much better provisioned than most homes we have rented and we felt very much at home. This is a very high end home at a great midwestern price

Perfect rental for family attending a wedding at a nearby venue. Everyone had their privacy and there was plenty of room to come together for games and meals. Hosts were quick to reply to any questions or concerns we had. Would definitely book this property again if we are in the area.

Springfield Missouri Getaway
This was an amazing place, nestled in an upscale golf community. Eight people stayed here to attend a function in Springfield. It was very spacious, even for 8 people. Beds were comfortable. Amenities were over the top. We hope to stay here again.

This is our second year staying in this home with friends. It’s a great set up for two families with a divided floor plan. Owners are great to work with and house is in a golf community on a quiet cul-de-sac. Thanks for a second stay!!

We took a family trip to Springfield and wanted a jacuzzi in the master! That was my only requirement! This place was great and fully furnished! We hung out in the kitchen area most of the time we were there. Wish we had had more time to spend at the actual house!

We absolutely loved the house! We found it to be extremely clean and comfortable. Very quiet family friendly neighborhood. We will definitely book again on our next visit to Springfield.

Excellent Home Base
Perfect place for four friends flying in from different parts of the U.S. and flying out at different times as less than ten minutes to airport. Home was super clean, had all the amenities necessary for a vacation stay and was nicely appointed. Host was very quick to respond to any question. Great place to use as home base to explore South Missouri and North Arkansas. Would definitely stay at this home again.

Family get away
This house was perfect for our two families- 2 bedrooms on each side of the house, 2 sitting areas, full dining room, very well equipped kitchen, washer and dryer.... pool and basketball court right beside the house and privacy on the golf course in the back. Owners were VERY thoughtful and quick to respond. Highly recommend!

A Home away from Home!
I could not have been more pleased with this house we called home for a few days! Extremely clean, more than well stocked kitchen and pantry, the entire place was as described! Stacy was prompt in communications, welcoming and leaving procedures simple and straight forward. I could not recommend this place more highly. Would very much consider again when visiting Springfield.

Perfect layout for our family
The house is designed with two bedrooms on one side, two bedrooms on the other and ample living area in between. It was perfect for our family. We live rurally while at home so this location was close to everything compared to what we are used to...which made it perfect for our Missouri stay-cation.
