If you are looking for a good place to spend quality time with your family that is close to the beach, this is it. Beds are comfortable, will sleep plenty, as well as have a great pool and hot tub.
3.0 / 5.0
The condo looked nice on arrival. As we began to cook dinner, we realized that the majority of the dishes had food caked on them in the cabinet. So we had to wash all the dishes. There was not a pool key as described. Took until the next afternoon to get one, and it did not work. We were told a new one would be there the next day, but it never came. We booked this place because of the pool and then we couldn’t even get into it. Management person was not local and kept telling me he had informed the local team. I only heard from the local team once.

We loved how close it was to the beach! And overall we had a great experience. We’ll definitely be back!

We were enjoying staying there. In a hot tub we talked to other people and everybody was pleased with location and rooms. Unit was clean, but be aware of AC units outside, they maybe loud for a light sleeper. A few restaurants very close with great menus and decent prices. We are considering to be back.

Condo felt nice and was decorated appropriately for the beach. Property team was very helpful with a TV source issue. Hector was so friendly and capable. We extended our stay (birth of a grand baby during that week😀) but unfortunately, someone else had the condo booked, and we rented a different condo in the same area. After we had checked out, we realized that we had left some items. The next folks who stayed had checked out, but when we called Hector, he helped us retrieve our items which were still where we had left them!
We would love to stay at this property again!

The condo was exceptionally clean and well maintained. This was our 4th trip to this property but our 1st at this condo and this was our best visit.
2.0 / 5.0
The location was great. The unit was decent, but is extremely poorly maintained.
When we arrived, most things were decently clean, but the floors were all covered in dirt, sand, and loads of previous pet hair. There was no broom on site to try to take care of this—only a minimally functional vacuum that left all the sand.
The dining table was barely assembled and falling apart. We were able hand tighten parts of it to make it more functional, but it needs tools to be actually assembled.
The bathrooms are both old & in need of maintenance. The master bath is functionally only a half bath. The shower/tub is completely unusable because you cannot turn the water on at all. We reported this issue on Monday when we checked in & someone was supposed to get back to us about the repair. We checked in on this at least once each day and were told the same thing each time. No one ever got back to us and we only had one shower for 5 people the entire week. The customer service is awful. The call center agents were polite and did their part. I never even had to wait on hold, but nothing ever came of it.
Looking back at past reviews, it seems this shower issue started in at least April, so they are aware and unconcerned that they are not providing the promised amenities.
Everything else was somewhat functional, but not nice. The cookware is worn, chipped, and not great to use, but functional. Our vacation wasn’t ruined, but made very frustrating. Renter be ware.

We loved this place. It’s extremely close to whitecap beach, about 1-2 min drive or 5-10 min walk. The amenities are great, they were all easily accessible and well maintained.
There’s a grocery store just behind the property, as well as restaurants around the corner which was very convenient.
We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return again!

Great overnight stay. Highly recommend if you want to be near the water. For the property owners, I suggest you change the shower liners; they had mildew and rust stains. The showers need s good scrubbing to get rid of the rust stains too. There was a bug on the bed - alive (thought it was a bed bug at initial glance, but now I don’t believe so), think it was just due to the humidity. Overall though, it was a nice one night stay.

The tub was rusted. It was extremely difficult to turn on/off the bathtub faucet. I thought I might end up with the shower on all night. Reported it and on site didn’t seem too concerned and said they would send someone out. That idea was scary. Otherwise everything else was great. Very clean, well stocked, great kitchen.

This condo was clean. Close to the beach and market. Good location to be able to explore the island.

Vacasa uses text messages to communicate which works pretty well, however it is hard to get anyone live. They sent me the wrong code to get into the property. I did not know that at first. My family and I I tried for 10 minutes. Eventually I called. After being placed on hold for 5 minutes, They told me I had the wrong code but no apologies were given for their mistake. Later during the stay, I wanted to discuss some of the issue we had and asked if someone could call me when convenient for them. They sent me a text back saying I need to call them. That means waiting on hold for up to 20 minutes (this happened).
The property was mostly clean and had nice appliances and is a great location which is fairly close to the beach. The guest bedroom mattress needs to be replaced. They put a topper on but the mattress sags on the right side. That bed was uncomfortable so my daughter ended up sleeping on the couch. The Master bedroom mattress was comfortable. The floors could have been a little cleaner. The master bathtub faucet continuously leaks. There is rust and mold / mildew on the tub. The closet lights off the master bedroom flicker like a strobe light when the lights get hot (usually within 5 minutes). There were no hair dryers which to me is odd. Overall, it was nice place. Generous on soaps, paper towels, bathing towels, pool towels, etc. The pool, hot tub and fitness center were very nice. The sauna wasn’t working during our stay.

Close to the beach with a great pool, hot tub and gym. Everything we needed was in the home.

This property was perfect. My wife and I stayed one night to visit our our Daughter at A&M Corpus. The location was great with the beach nearby places to eat and then just a short distance to the beach.
The property itself was very clean and well taken care of and all the instructions were spot on and easy to follow.

Stayed at this condo for easy access to the beach. Very comfortable stay.
Kitchen is well stocked with dishes and pots.
Tub faucets need to be updated, too hard to open and close. Slippery Tub , Mats needed.

We take a yearly trip to the beach and like to stay in a certain area close to the beach. This property is a quick walk to the beach, so supper acesuble. You can take pets which is great, we have 2 little guys that enjoyed their stay. My family and I stayed together and this was very accommodating. Very clean, had kitchen items needed to cook and clean. Bathrooms were outdated, the master needs a major update with the shower. The fridge was cool, ice machine didn’t work and the smoke alarm kept going off. I wasn’t too disappointed but I wasn’t overly satisfied either. This property costs too much to have these kinds of issues.

Not far from the beach 🏝️ great location! Easy to unload from bottom floor. Balcony is great to keep outdoor stuff.
4.0 / 5.0
Very clean and well maintained property.
All TVs and cable channels worked well.
All appliances were functional. Washer and Dryer worked well. The proximity to the beach (easy walking distance) and local restaurants and grocery stores is a huge benefit.
There was some mold on the bathtub tile that
was easily eliminated with Clorox spray.
There are also rust stains in each tub- much larger in master bathroom. (Very minor issues-just noting for awareness.)
We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed our accommodations.

Great location and wonderful to be on the 1st floor. However the condo could have been a bit cleaner and lacked some of the usual items these condos typically provide (paper towels, kitchen sponge, kitchen trash bags, laundry soap, and other things). Thank you for a nice stay.

My husband and I and 3 of our kids, ages 20-14, stayed here for a weekend. The pool was great, short walk to the beach.
The condo had everything we could need. Very clean and nice . We really enjoyed it! Only downside was accessing the front door lock, it’s rather difficult. Otherwise, lovely getaway!

From booking to checkout was an extremely easy experience. Information and help was immediately provided. The listing was absolutely perfect! Wish I could live there year round!! Would definitely come back!!

This condo was perfect for us parents and grandparents of our TAMU-CC student to visit and spend some quality time. The 2 bd - 2 bath condo worked great! Cute decor, close to the beach, quiet area. We enjoyed dinner out at Doc's 1 night and then dinner in the condo next.
Easy check-in and check-out. Highly recommend!

We love this property. It’s always exactly what we need. Well equipped and functioning. My only complaint is that this last time the bathrooms are looking a bit rough. They need to be deep cleaning and caulked. But other than that it’s a great place for our family of four!

Great place to stay with the family and our fur babies

We were pleasantly surprised the property was underpromised and over delivered. Staff was in constant contact by text checking to see if there was anything we needed, answered all questions quickly and were more than gracious. Delightful experience! I highly recommend!

We drove into Corpus 10 hrs with a one year old to stay at the beach club 155. Only to arrive, unload a few things and realize our place was filthy.
There was layers of pet hair and dust everywhere!! On the night stands, kitchen table and chairs, end tables, couch, floor… literally everywhere!!
My daughter and husband are allergic to cats and while this rental allows dogs, you can definitely tell a cat was in there. My daughter began to experience hives/rash and trouble breathing. But, that’s not it. The master bath had stagnant water with rust in the tub and a leaky faucet. The other bath was dirty as well, though not as bad. The kitchen lacked supplies to cook and eat with. Honestly, what they did have looked disgusting and I wouldn’t have used them. The stove, washer dryer and fridge were clean.
The back porch had leftover ash on the patio and on the outdoor chairs.
We tried to leave to get something to eat while Vacasa tried figuring out where they could relocate us, but the door wouldn’t lock. Even using the master code was faulty. I finally did get it to lock at the very end when we left the unit for the evening but the alarm kept going off.
I will say Vacasa did a great job at finding us a new place for the night. But it was further from the beach and our family than we had anticipated. We finally got everything unloaded, our daughter washed up and tried putting her to sleep. She was so uncomfortable from the rash that she didn’t fall asleep until 5am!!! Vacasa organized a new unit for us to move in the following morning to be closer to the beach and family. So 9am we packed up once again, and moved into another home. In less than 1 day we moved into 3 homes!
This was THE worst experience. However, the customer service was great through Vacasa. The local reps were extremely empathetic and helpful. They kept updating me constantly and apologizing. The corporate reps were great as well. Still waiting to get a return call from them on compensation and additional days added as we spent our first 48hrs moving. Hope to enjoy the rest of the week and see Vacasa make it right.

What i loved:
Unit is on the first floor with parking right behind the patio. Made it easy to unload and put our beach stuff on the patio.
The location: it’s about 1/4 mile to the beach and located near Lots of restaurants.
Floor is tile and is nice.
The manager knew the people before us forgot the pool key so they got us a new one quickly. We didn’t even have to ask.
My boys loved the pool. It did get super busy in the evenings, but my kids liked having others to play with.
What we didn’t like:
Beds weren’t very comfortable. Now awful, but not something I would want to sleep on for more than a few days.
There is only one couch and the two other chairs are not great. It would have been fine with just our family of four, but since we had three adults and 2 kids, just hanging out when we were tired after a day adventuring was difficult.
The shower in the King room needs work. I did inform the manger so hopefully it’s taken care of.

As soon as we entered the property, there was a damp smell. It stayed throughout our stay. There is a water spots on the ceiling which could be mold as well. They have a spring mattress in one of the rooms. You can feel the spring when you lay down on the bed. It was very uncomfortable. I slept on a couch. Towels were old. We paid 300+ for a night and there was no coffee pods either. Had to contact property manager for wifi login credentials. Overall it was a waste of money. They should give half of our money back for this reservation in my honest opinion. It felt like the property was not attended and maintained for months. The whole stay was very uncomfortable.

Spacious. Two baths. Nice decor. Comfy beds. Tile floor throughout. Property manager very helpful.

Loved that there were two bathrooms and that the unit is on the first floor. Close to the beach. The property manager, Joseph. was extremely helpful in fixing a problem with the A/C when we first checked in.

This unit was great, very cozy! We felt like we were at home. The only thing is we couldn’t enjoy out patio because the door did not open. Our overall stay was wonderful! We will definitely rent this unit again.

Great location. A walking distance to the beach. Functional and homely vacation home.

Overall the stay wasn't bad. Showers were hard to use. One of the tub is rusting. We were given the wrong code to get in, so it took a bit to get inside. Don't sleep on the pull out, it's not worth it. It's super close to the beach so that's a plus. Wife and TV were not great.

Nice condo. Nice location. A little problem with door not lock not working. Needs more things like paper towels and tp. Or let people know to bring some. Other wise clean and quiet.

The Beach Club was fantastic, my family, my little dog and I had a great time but we had problems with the refrigerator because it didn’t work well and the sofa bed needs a replacement because it is uncomfortable. Thank you VACASA!!
