We will definitely stay again

While cozy, the property was impeccably clean, and the location was perfect for our activities.

The backyard could include a few more features and a slightly better grill.

Great place would definitely stay here again.

It was a nice little house, close to the attractions that we wanted to do. Nice central location, we were able to order delivery from about anywhere in the city.

The beds were a little hard, not horrible, just a little hard for our liking.

Otherwise everything was good thank you hope to stay there again

The location was good it was close to my son where we met my new granddaughter. If I go back I would go back to the same place

The back yard, the umbrella didn't stay up and the grill was difficult to work with which we like to cook outside . If possible in the bathrooms I would put hand held shower for the smaller children would be easier to raise them off

I’ll never stay here again.

It was spacious. The W/D were acting decent considering everything else.

Everything else. All the kitchen stuff is old and needs to be replaced, the fridge barely kept stuff cold, you had to turn the heat way up on the stove just to get it a little warm, the mattresses were cheap and uncomfortable, none of the mattresses had a mattress covers just the sheets, the location was not the worst, but for what we paid it definitely should have been better. The only reason we didn’t leave was because what we paid was non-refundable.

Everything was great. Will def come again.

Everything was clean comfortable and good distance away. Lots of space.

Trash can was full so we had to leave bags of trash on floor until pickup which was day before we left.

Perfect for us, they had everything we needed and more. Huge rooms and nice back yard.

If the house wouldn't have been as clean on the inside, this would have been a lower rating.

The house was clean and ready for us.

The location was in a rough neighborhood. The thermostat was controlled by the owner. We were unable to change the temperature in the house based on comfort. There was no information at the house like was stated in emails from the property manager, so we had no idea what trash day was, therefore the dumpster was overflowing. I did not hear back from the manager after asking about trash day.

Very nice accomodations. I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity presented itself.

location was great and had a code box for entry that was very easy to use. Very clean and comfortable. Was great having a kitchen with accessories to cook our breakfast. Bedrooms were comfortable

tub in master bath was very slick. Would have been nice to have a mat in it. No handtowels but we got buy using washcloths so no big deal at all. Just thought it a little strange. Was not able to adjust temperature as it was locked. Called host and it was immediately adjusted.

Great safe and quiet neighborhood close to everything with most things you need in the house.

Great location in a neighbor that is close to everything you would need. Close to major highways and airport. Neighborhood was very safe and quiet in the evenings.

House was just a tad outdated. Needed some lightbulbs replaced. Bathroom linens were a bit small/old.

First time in Colorado great experience

1.It was very spacious 2.games to play with the family 3. I enjoyed the Netflix access 4.laundry and all the kitchen utensil to cook was great. 5.plenty of towels toilet paper was a plus for 5 nights. 6. EVERYTHING ALL THE ATTRACTIONS AND STORES WERE AT NO MORE THAN 25MIN AWAY SO THAT WAS AMAZING.

1.The Heater looks like they control it So we had to be putting it up to 70/72 since we come from Miami we are not use to this cold. 2.The Coffe maker was not working properly . 3.The master bedroom dis not get a good ventilation of heat so it was very cold.
