Spacious and beautifully furnished 2 COMPLETE KITCHENS, 4 bedrooms, 5 Beds, 2 queen sofa beds, 4 bathroom, 2 Family Rooms, 2 Dining Areas, 5 Televisions.

Great home just steps from the sand and everything else the Central Coast has to offer.

The home sleeps 14 comfortably plus a twin daybed and has all the amenities you will need to enjoy your stay. Plenty of family fun awaits!

The entire Downstairs Entryways, Bedroom, Master Bath and all Kitchen and Living Areas are Handicapped Accessible! No Steps or Stairs to enter! Please note the house does not have AC and Heating is by 1 wall heater in Master Bedroom and 4 Electric Fireplaces! Still is very comfy all year!

Surfing, fishing, biking, hiking, beach combing, and ATV rentals to name a few. Also just a short drive or nice beach walk away from Pismo Beach. Restaurants, shopping and many local attractions await. After a day of fun just relax!

House was clean! But listed as a 5 bedroom, which only had 4. Soap was only half full to wash hands and for the dishes as well. Only given I roll of paper towels for a week with 11 people. We have rented homes that have been more prepared and equipped. The location was great and easy access to the beach. Overall our stay was nice.

Good location. Great for large family. Having two separate living areas, two kitchens, and multiple bathrooms made it comfortable. A few quirks: Skylight above one of the beds made for early wakeups. The BBQ hadn't been cleaned for quite awhile. Another bed was a bit squeaky. And unfortunately, internet was in and out while we were there, although property manager did try to send a technician. Overall enjoyed our stay and was convenient for our graduation festivities.

Owner was kind, quick to respond and check in was simple. Only two concerns: 1) We were a little disappointed that the beach allowed vehicles and dogs. It gave the beach a totally different vibe than the beaches we are used to. 2)Plenty of beds but was really only a 4 bedroom, not 5. Our son, who is single did not mind. However, if it would have been 5 couples instead of 4 it would have really been a bummer.

Had almost my whole family there and there was plenty of room. There were 16 of us all together. Very close to the things we wanted to do. Plenty of restaurants, markets, and close beach access. Unfortunately the BBQ that was in the photo isn't the one that was on site. There is a leak in the skylight in one room, the shower leaked in one bathroom and the downstairs kitchen sink handle fell off but we were able to put it back on. We found some of the outlets and some lighting didn't work. We had to remind the electricians in the family that they were on vacation and it wasn't their house. For accessibility there is a threshold at entry and there are no support bars in the downstairs bathroom. All of that aside we had a wonderful stay Jan was very responsive and helpful. We may be staying there again.

Loved the property, however it was advertised as 5 bedrooms, but only had 4 bedrooms. The description also included a hot tub, but the property did not have one.

This place was perfect for multiple families, with plenty of sleeping accommodations with comfortable beds! The 2 kitchens are very well stocked with dishes and pots and pans. They are very helpful, and responsive if you have questions. It was an amazing family getaway for my family and would definitely recommend!

This was such a great location for our family it was just a 5 min walk to the beach. Very clean and spacious plenty of room to spread out loved that it had 2 kitchens. It was perfect for celebrating my birthday.

The house was clean and had lots of options for places to sleep everyone. We loved that the beach was so close. The property manager responded quickly to all the minor questions/issues we had. Just know that this beach has cars/trucks constantly driving in front of the water, which made it a little challenging to watch the little kids - nothing to do with the property though!

The property is a few minutes from the beach, and Oceano is one of the few towns where bonfires on the beach don't require permits or specific fire pits. We had a great time hanging out at the beach because it was so close. The house was able to accommodate 15 people with a few of our pre-teens and teenagers sleeping on sleeping bags upstairs. We had to call the property manager for some additional sheets and blankets and she was very prompt and very helpful with all our questions. Overall it was a great trip for us and it centered around us having found a good place to stay at.

The home was perfect for our 4 families, 12 people! We came to rest, relax, and enjoy the area for the 4th of July. We arrived early, the property manager and owner responded quickly to give early access. The home was exceptionally clean and amazingly well stocked in both kitchens. We took advantage of all the amenities from baby gates to bbq, to extra blankets for the beach, to the TVs in living rooms and bedrooms. The beach was a short walk down the street and the drive on access was just a couple blocks away. Highly recommend for amazing 360 firework show on the beach..

This is a great house for 3-4 families; close to beach and local activities. We love the four bathrooms…very convenient. Property manager, Jan, was super responsive and got us everything we needed. Other then the windy days while we were there, location was prefect. We had a nice family photo shoot and really enjoyed the brilliant sunsets. One of my favorite coastal getaways. We will definitely be returning. Thank you Jan!

This 2-story was amazingly huge, steps from the beach. People are allowed to drive on this beach and it has sand dunes. So if you’re looking to play or Sun bathe just know that. The owners here make it a very nice stay with all amenities. The check in process was so easy. Sand toys are in the garage. Beds are comfortable. There’s a kitchen upstairs as well as one downstairs. The check out process was super smooth as well. Thank you for letting us rent out your super cool house.

The house was perfect for our family getaway. We loved that the kids could play upstairs and we could drink coffee and relax either with them or downstairs. The beds were super comfy. We loved the 1 minute stroll to the dunes.

This was the second time my family has stayed here and again it was awesome. The house is big enough for all 15 of us with everyone getting there own space. Verythin was clean and don't have to worry about take kitchen items the kitchen is well stocked. It's close to the beach, which we all love. We will booking again.

With a kitchen upstairs and down and so many bathrooms and bedrooms we had a great time being able to have our whole family together in this home.
