Just a few minutes from skiing, snowboarding, tubing. BEAUTIFUL view!
We had to wash just about every dish in the kitchen prior to using it. Items were put away dirty/greasy by previous guests.
The oven has a very strong odor of gas while in use. I have a gas range/oven combo at home as well so I am familiar with using one and it is not normal to have such a heavy gas smell. It appears the door of the oven does not close tightly so this could be why. Also, the cook top burners are really inconsistent. The burners on the right (even the power boil) are not not as powerful as the burners on the left.
The pots and pans are old Teflon type pans that are heavily scratched, the handles are loose (we tighteneda few).
The knives are extremely dull.
We were not able to store any items in the pantry, it smells like they store cleaning products in there and the smell was overwhelming.
The hot water goes quick so we had to space out the showers/baths quite a bit. (Eight guests). Also had to wait to do dishes after all showers were done as to not take away from the hot water.
The master shower drain needs to be cleaned out. The water pools after about 2 or 3 minutes.
One of the recliners in the master bedroom is broken.
I believe the listing references glassware available the bar area but there were zero glasses in this area.
Overall we were safe, happy, and the view was amazing but these items above (mostly kitchen related) took away from the experience. I think if they invested in newer knives/pots/pans, had the oven serviced, it would feel like a better value.
