About this apartment rental

You'll enjoy the split floor plan of this private basement apartment. The two bedrooms are separated by an open concept kitchen, dining and living area. Both bedrooms have a private bath and lots of room for extra seating to read or relax. One bedroom has a television. There is a full size, fully furnished kitchen with lots of counter space to create your special culinary creations. The dining area includes a large table to comfortably seat 8. There is cozy seating in the living area to enjoy the 55" HD television. The covered back patio provides more space to spread out around the fire pit or patio table and grill your meal on the large five burner grill. We welcome you as our guest and will do our best to make it a pleasant stay. It is just my wife and I, both semi-retired, that live upstairs so you may occasionally hear the faint sounds of life over-head. We have provided a white noise machine in the "King" bedroom that may help if you're a light sleeper.

This was my first time staying at a VRBO. I hit the jackpot with this VRBO. I would encourage anyone who would be staying in the area to enjoy their stay with this VRBO. It was a beautiful place in a really nice neighborhood. The only thing that threw me off a little bit was we didn’t realize the owners lived upstairs. That’s the only complaint I’d have is the steps or noises from above. They were great with communication. The house was clean and very well put together. I am a mom so I love to see when a host has a pack and play handy and an extra bed and blankets. They had coffee and little creamers and even waters in the fridge. The place was awesome.

This property is just as advertised and probably at the top of our list of places to stay. The apartment was very nicely furnished with just about anything you'd need, very clean, very quiet. The hosts were very pleasant and answered any question we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Th property is down stairs with view of field and homes accrossed the gully. There is a patio with gas grill, chairs and table. The rooms are large and have amendies of DVD to watch, provide treats, coffee. Two bedrooms with bathrooms. I enjoyed my stay. I just wish the advertisement said it was in basement of home. Thank you for allowing me in your home.

We always stay at this location and we are never let down. I brag about this place to my family and plan on taking them one by one to see how nice and clean this house is. The owners are awesome people, very polite and warm. I visit as often as i can. Wish it was bigger so I could take my whole family to enjoy it!!!

This location has a magnificent view of the mountains. The owners have done a fantastic job that supersedes many of the fine hotel chains. They did not miss providing any amenity. My husband, sister-in-law, and I felt like we were home. We definitely will return when visiting Prescott Valley.

Second time staying at this location and just like the first, awesome place to stay! Phil n Shelia go out of their way to make the rental feel like home. The amenities are far more than what is listed. Been to several other bnb's where there was hardly any dishes to use or flatware. Phil n Sheila have their place stocked with everything u need. Highly recommend if in Prescott Valley area. Looking forward to next time!

Our stay couldn't have been better. We have family in Denmark and they have a word "hyggelig" which fits very well. It translates to "a mood of coziness and comfortable conviviality with feelings of wellness and contentment". The property was very clean, comfortable, and charming. We have stayed in many VRBO properties but non have been as well supplied as this one. The whole experience was pleasant and hassle free. I would highly recommend this one to anyone looking for a VRBO in the area.

My husband and I are returning home to VA after spending the summer exploring Alaska - 6-month road trip. In 6 months we've stayed at around 30 VRBO properties and this one is one of our top favorite places. Great pre-communication with photos of driveway parking area. Nestled in a residential community, this basement apartment has a nice little covered porch area with a decent view (and hardly heard any noise from host upstairs - just light walking or door shutting).. Bedrooms are large (it was just the 2 of us but with the 2nd bedroom/bath, it could easily accommodate 4 without feeling on top of each other). Kitchen was well equipped and spacious too. Internet was fast. It really is a gem for visiting the Prescott Area.

Enjoyed the property very much. It was super clean and the pictures don't do it justice. There were some nice touches, two baskets of goodies, tons of coffee pods, etc. We had everything we needed and Phil was a perfect host. We will be back!!

This place was perfect!! Unfortunately, we didn’t have the opportunity to spend time enjoying the place given our visit to the area was strictly business that lead to full days working, which caused us to miss out on the wonderful amenities this place has to offer. We plan to return with every intention of enjoying the extraordinary accommodations on our next visit.

This unit has two bedrooms, a laundry, fully equipped kitchen, private patio and plenty of parking. The beds are very comfortable with very nice linens. There are many convenient and beautiful touches that made my stay so pleasant.

We travelled to Arizona to see some sights and visit my husbands son. Since my adult daughter decided she wanted to come, I was looking for a place where we could all stay. I was a little hesitant because this was the first time I haven’t stayed in a hotel, but I am so glad we chose to stay here. Phil was great the whole time. Available to help when needed and kept me well informed both before and during the stay. My husband was pleasantly surprised and told me “you out did yourself, this place is awesome”. We would definitely stay here again and I would highly recommend this location.
