About this apartment rental

This T3 + mountain corner apartment is ideally located, just 150 meters from the Vonnes ski lifts and the slopes which provide quick access to the two areas of Châtel (Super-Châtel and the Linga) then to the rest of the Portes du Soleil! It is located opposite Lake Vonnes, which allows you to enjoy a dream setting in summer and winter with a clear view of the mountains.

In terms of comfort, it will allow you to accommodate 8 people with space thanks to the following configuration:
- a large living room with dining kitchen
- a living room area with removable partitions which allow you to have a private sleeping area
- two large bedrooms with double beds and cupboards
- a mountain corner
- two shower rooms, one with WC
- a separate toilet It also has a large outdoor terrace with a view of the lake, a private ski locker and 3 outdoor parking spaces.

Upon arrival, a deposit of €900 will be requested from you by credit card imprint.

Pets not allowed, non-smoking accommodation.

For your comfort, we can also offer you the following additional services to facilitate your stay:
- Cancellation insurance at the price of 4.5% of the amount of the stay
- Household linen at €25 for a single bed and €50 for a double bed (includes bed linen, a sheet and a large bath towel and a small bath towel per person, bath mat and kitchen linen)
- Beds made on arrival: €10 for a single bed and €20 for a double bed
- End of stay cleaning at €174
- Booking ski passes with a 10% reduction for a minimum of 3 consecutive days

This is a wonderful property for a family ski holiday in Chatel. It is maintained to a very high standard and very clean. It easily accomodated our family of 8. The walk to the lift is easy and the village shops are a 15 minute walk or a bus which comes about every 10 minutes.
