This home is the perfect spot for mountain bikers and outdoor lovers of Southern Utah. This beautiful Southern Utah Vacation Home is located near all the Southern Utah attractions. Zion National Park is only 32 miles, Sand Hollow and Quail Lake State Park is only 5 minutes, downtown St. George only 10 minutes away. You can even pedal right from your garage to endless mountain biking trails such as Prospector Church Rocks Loop. The J.E.M, Gooseberry Mesa, More Cowbell, and Little Creek Mountain are also nearby. You will have easy access to bike and hiking trails, shopping, dining and an abundance of other activities to make it the best vacation experience.

Bedroom 4: Two Twin over Queen Bunks, flat screen tv, Ensuite bathroom with tub shower combo. These bunks are very sturdy, high-quality beds to ensure comfort. The beds were also made custom-welded, metal bunks that can hold heavier weight on all beds, even the top bunks. ( Upper Level, Sleeps 6)
Bedroom 5: King size bed, desk, flat-screen tv, Ensuite bathroom with walk-in rain shower. (Upper Level, Sleeps 2)

There are 2 extra pull-out twin beds in each of the masters (corner couch seat)
Two car garage: An extra-large stainless fridge has been added to the garage for guests use, as well as a water softener and whole-house water purifier, card table, and 4 folding chairs, bench with coat rack, ping pong table, and paddles/balls and several tools including an electric power washer to get off the sand/dirt from the back patio and furniture.
