We couldn’t get in number one, but I wonder what it was like inside I probably wouldn’t have stayed

We couldn’t get in. We looked checked neighbors everything else it was in the sketchy part of town where the homeless and the bums and everything else the dogs and an area that you wouldn’t want to stay. It consisted of a big brick building block building, but we could never get into it. We tried for four hours and finally gave up and had to go to a motel so I’d like to get a hold of somebody so that I can get my my money back. We didn’t stay there at all, and there was no nobody knew a thing about the place. There was no signs and that street address was not even around there. We finally found a Mexican that knew about where it was and we found it, but that’s the worst I’ve ever ever had to put up with so we didn’t want to get my refund and I appreciate it. I would not recommend this place and I would have somebody check it out because the neighborhood number one is real dangerous and I don’t know what it was inside, but they had bars on the windows bars on the doors. You couldn’t get it at double doors they were all barred up and security doors and all that.

It was close to the beach good ac and wfi the place look nice just no working sinks and showers

The water pressure was low all the sinks and shower were glog no water desposure then they said we bleach there towels when we never had or bought clorox just to get more money off of us the water pump in the closet keep going off all night long had no good sleep

Very clean, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, security cameras right in front of the apartment, friendly staff responded to our messages in a timely manner and gave excellent recommendations for places to visit.

No car garage, but seemed like a safe neighborhood with cameras onsite

The apartment was clean and up to date.

it was an amazing experience for me and my wife, we enjoy so much to be there ,it was spacious and beautiful , really modern and nice decorated! We loved it! Iván the host was really nice with us! Totally recommended!

Do not do business with these people. Dishonest, arrogant, and very unprofessional! Stay elsewhere!

The location was close to the town’s restaurants and a few main attractions. The room was clean.

The host Ivan Contreras was extremely unprofessional, rude, and dishonest. He called the night before our rental date at 9:30pm to give instructions and requested a $200 deposit via zelle that was not returned as agreed. Oddly his communication was through the app “whatsapp” which was strange and unprofessional for business purposes. He claimed I broke a pendant light glass which we never touched and charged me $58.45 for the entire lamp plus $33 for shipping, $27 for electric installation, and $10 for gas money to go pick up the lamp (this is after charging $33 for shipping). He failed to provide proper invoices for all the made up charges. He wanted to keep all the deposit money and had no shame making up charges which were even hard to believe. He never returned my deposit money. Pictures attached below show the unprofessionalism of this man. The conversation is in Spanish but it confirms what a horrible experience this was. It had to be reported to Booking.com I highly recommend, due to my first hand experience, that you stay somewhere else. The town is beautiful and has a lot to offer. There are honest people out there. Take your business elsewhere where its appreciated and not taken advantage of.
