We had 7 adults and 5 children, ages 2 - 9. The kids enjoyed the loft where they could color, play games, etc. We did bring a fan to keep that area cool. The unit is very spacious with beautiful view of the ocean and the bay. Short walk to beach. Pool was very clean and has a social room. We enjoyed gathering on the large balcony. We will definitely return!

Beautiful views and spacious. Furniture and beds were comfortable. The kitchen is poorly equipped and needs attention. The faucet sprayer was broken, and it lacks simple items like measuring spoons and cups, cutting boards, and enough glassware and utensils for the number of people the unit accommodates. There was prompt attention to a bathroom sink with a broken drain; however, we returned to the unit to find someone had been there. Our maintenance request never received a response and we were not notified someone would be coming. We deem these as minor, and would return.

Stayed here for a girls weekend/ reunion. Plenty of space for everyone. We enjoyed the balcony and location was convenient to all midtown attractions. The building amenities were great (elevator, pool, fitness room) and the beach cart was a huge help getting all of our items upstairs and to the beach. Host was very responsive to my questions before arrival and check in was a breeze.

The view from the condo and especially the balcony was beautiful! We had a few little issues which all but one was addressed. We felt safe with the security codes for the elevator, pool area and entrance into the unit. We also liked the location.

Door slider extremely hard to open & close for me a senior. Missing measuring cups. Metal stairway to loft bed couldn’t be used Too hot up there & water on floor? 22 yr old too tall to fit in bed.Said he couldn’t breathe up there

Stayed here for our annual "Girls Weekend". The condo was beautiful. Very clean and well maintained and stocked. Had a couple of minor issues which were addressed imediately. Will definitely look into renting this for next year.

The location, condo and amenities were great. Really enjoyed our stay. The only negative was the cleanliness. There was food stuck on outside of the kitchen cabinets, surfaces were super dusty, hair/dirt/dust all over the tile floors. There was a broken chair left in the bunk room closet, not the safest for the kiddos. I would recommend a deep clean and carpet clean to the owners. Other than that we loved our stay!

Our overall stay at this property was very nice. Location was convenient to shopping, restaurants and bars. Unit was spacious for our 14 guests. Well outfitted with the necessities in the kitchen. Views from the outside deck were spectacular. We spent a lot of time out there. One suggestion made to the property manager was regarding the living room and dining room furniture. Couches and reclining chair were very worn and dining chairs and barstools were uncomfortable.

We enjoyed beautiful views from almost everywhere in the unit & especially the balcony. Just the right size for group of 11. The pool was perfect for younger children. No steps was perfect for seniors. Many nice stores, restaurants and activities within short walking distance, which was convenient for everyone!

We booked this property as a post Labor Day beach vacation/distance learning spot. The unit is very spacious with 4 bedrooms and 3 full and 1 half bath situated on the top floor of the west building of The Meridian condo complex. Off the living area is a large terrace with expansive views of the ocean and southern views over Ocean City and the bay. The kitchen is very well equipped and everything was in good working order. Having a washer and dryer in the unit meant dry towels and clean swimsuits each beach day. There is a pool and exercise room in the west building, and direct beach access from the east building. The building manager was responsive to my questions, and provided the name of a laundry service through which I arranged bed linens and towels, as well as beach chairs and an umbrella. The only reason I didn’t rate this unit as 5 stars is that this must have been a busy summer rental season, and the unit was in need of a deep cleaning of the living room furniture, the carpets, and the terrace, on which many liquids had clearly been spilled. Otherwise the location and layout of the unit were ideal for our family of 5.
