About this apartment rental

A beautiful bright studio overlooking the circus theater square. It is situated in a villa which was built around 1900. Therefore it has unique and caracteristic features. The studio has a new bathroom, cozy kitchen and conviniently furnished living. Private access, no noise but yet in the centre of Scheveningen: 1 minute from Kurhaus and boulevard/ beach. Perfect for exploring the area as well as for business trip.

The apartment is highly recommended. It is situated in a fantastic location, very close to the beach and the pier. The decor is cozy and tasteful. Unfortunately, the parking situation was somewhat problematic. You had to either pay 30 euros per day for a public parking spot or walk 20 minutes to the nearest cheaper parking area. It would have been helpful to know this information in advance.

Very convenient location for us - family living nearby - and convenient public transport. But the tram station across the road is noisy which means windows can’t be open at night. Would be very hot in summer. Loud neighbours and banging doors were a problem. Online listing implies that there is a washer and dryer in the studio. It was shared and down an awkward (when carrying washing) flight of stairs. Also implies that there is a hairdryer - this was also downstairs - not practicable. Breakfast bench was too wobbly to use.

Saubere kleine Wohnung, ein paar Fussminuten von der beach entfernt. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter!!! Wir kommen wieder✌🏻 Clean little apartment a few minutes walk from the beach. Friendly and helpful landlord!!! We'll be back✌🏻

Das Apartment war richtig schön. Außer zwei Sachen waren nicht so toll: Einmal hat man den Nachbarn beim Schlafen gehört, die Wohnungstür scheppert laut wenn die Haustür zufällt und man hört alles von außen, als wenn die Fenster auf Kipp stehen. Und zweitens das Lattenrost quietscht ungemein, sodass wir die Matratzen runter vom Bett auf den Boden gelegt haben. Viel rumgemäkelt, wer mit den zwei nicht ganz so schönen Sachen umgehen kann, findet eine wunderschöne und sehr saubere Wohnung vor.
