sehr saubere grosse & schöne Zimmer, sehr bequemes grosses Bett und Badzimmer top, sensationeller Meerblick. Das Schwalben-Kot-Abwehr-System 😄 funktioniert, somit Problem gelöst und überhaupt nicht störend.

Entspannter und ruhiger Aufenthalt

Der Ausblick am Balkon auf das Meer, das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig. Am Balkon sind viele Schwalbennester und wir konnten bei der Fütterung der Schwalbenbabys zuschauen, das war sehr lieb :) Eine sehr ruhige Lage, wir haben schon sehr lange nicht mehr in einem so ruhigen Appartment geschlafen.

Really nice place to stay!

An accommodation located basically at the end of the Stara Baska, tucked among narrow street so getting there may seem tricky, but it's worth it, as the staff is friendly, there are several beaches nearby, the same with the restaurants. Well recommended!

Beautiful location and property. Very clean and new. If you’re looking for serenity, this is the perfect place. The girl that greeted us was very sweet and helpful. Definitely recommend staying here and hope to come back in the near future.

Amazing location and renovated room, really modern with good wifi and nice view!

We booked a bit late so the price was relatively high. But i think it was worth it. Good experience and still I would really recommend it

Amazing views to the Adriatic Sea

The location is excellent. Great views to the Adriatic Sea, very close to Zala and Stara Baska beaches. There is also a small supermarket close by. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfat is good.

The room was very spacious and clean. Very quiet location. Walking distance to the few local restaurants, a market and beach. Parking was ample

Google maps gives you the wrong directions to a rocky terrain above the hotel. There weren't any signs for Rooms N or reception that was just a desk inside the restaurant.

Room was nice and tidy, modern and silent. On top of it, nice sea view.

Prices of a dinner menu. I understand, croatia prices are rising but that was like to be on someones terrasse, where normal croatian guys were serving you with not special food incl. "nice" decoration on dish but in reality this is normal overpriced food.

Everything good as always 👌 comfortable beds, greatly clean rooms, smiling and helpful personnel. Great breakfast and amazing sea views! Free parking at the location. Would recommend 100%

Very strong air freshers smell in the room which made the first night a bit difficult to sleep. Had to get a ladder from cleaning personnel to remove the air fresher from the top of huge dresser. Not a big problem though 😃 ...oh and one more downer as they closed their great restaurant 😞

Amazing stay

Beautiful, quiet location. Easy access to the beach. Modern, comfy, clean rooms, with all facilities needed. Nice, big balcony with the sea view. Parking in front of the hotel. Very kind and helpful staff. We were able to check-in late at night with no problems.

Amazing place and very friendly, helpful and professional staff. Very good hotel restaurant - best grilled calamari I have eaten so far. The guys were really friendly, easy-going and made our stay a memorable one. Breakfast simply splendid!

Modern room with nice view

Close to the beaches. Comfortable bed, spacious bathroom.

The air conditioning was set to 22 degrees and we were not able to lower the temperature down. We spoke to the owner but he lowered it down to 20 degrees only which is to warm for my liking especially when temperatures outside at night is 25 degrees.

Fabulous, perfect vacation

The room was spacious, cleaning services very good, the air conditioning was a bless, nice view, super quiet area with some superb hidden beaches and in times of corona it's the perfect location if you want to stay away from the crowded areas and have some privacy, we felt very safe. Great value for money, plenty space in the parking lot and the most beautiful sunsets. I would totally recommend this place. Even the TV programs were very varied, we had Discovery Channel and National Geographic in English, very nice to have before going to sleep.
