About this house rental
Walk on Birubi is a tri-level, air conditioned duplex with two living areas and plenty of space. The bonus of having Wifi , Netflix and mulitple TVs makes Walk on Birubi very comfortable and accommodating for everyone.
Downstairs has an open plan tiled living and dining, there is also a complete fully equipped kitchen with an oven, cooktop, microwave and fridge.
The property also features three bedrooms with the main having an open plan wall which gives you the feeling of space and not being enclosed between four walls and allows the natural sea breeze to flow through, there is also a ceiling fan and built in robe in the main bedroom.
The bathroom provides a bath, shower, toilet and vanity and the internal laundry has a washing machine with the dryer located in the garage, there is also a clothesline for all those beach towels.
The property provides water views from the sunny front balcony and offers outdoor dining on both front and back balconies, there is also a gas BBQ available. The fully enclosed back yard is perfect for your beloved fur baby, loads of room for them to run around, they will love their stay here. (Please note limit of 2 small dogs at this property). Responsible pet etiquette is appreciated. Having a double garage with internal access makes this property just perfect. Great for families or couples, enjoy a casual walk on the beach, national park walkways or be more adventurous and try the sand dunes, camel rides or surf schools.

Nice place how much is it outside of school holidays?

Great location close to the beach with good facilities. We could see the beach and nye fireworks down at the beach from the balcony and backyard. A little noisy as you can hear a lot from the adjoining townhouse eg kids running around you could hear fairly loud footsteps and the backyard noise carries a lot so it’s definitely more suited to a family holiday than a more quiet getaway. Supplies at the house were minimal compared to other houses we’ve stayed at (the first days worth of washing liquid and laundry liquid, and a couple rolls of toilet paper only) but shops are really close by so easy enough to grab stuff, just makes it a little less of a relaxing check in having to duck out and buy basics. A couple of really minor things that we sent feedback to the agency about eg loose screws affixing a safety rail to the top staircase but the agency acknowledged our email really quickly. Really well supplied kitchen and plenty of fridge space with two fridge/freezers on the property. Great little backyard that is really secure and dog friendly, included a water bowl and clam shell pool that our Labrador could use and the backyard sprinklers doubled up as a place to cool off for her.
If travelling with little kids, something to be mindful off that there’s stairs up to the bedrooms and it’s quite dark in terms of little ones stumbling downstairs.

Carpets need a good clean!
The upstairs carpets are very dirty and need a good clean. It would have been a relaxing stay if the guy next door wasn't renovating his house! Apart from that, I was a nice house and great we could have our dog with us.
