We had booked a 3 day stay here for Memorial Day weekend for our family. Unfortunately, our stay did not go as planned. This is not by any means an executive condo. It is an apartment at best. It was listed as a 3 bedroom unit but it is only a 2 bedroom unit with the third "bedroom" being counted as the family living room with a pull out couch. The host is aware of this and even when we contacted him about the issue, he said VRBO allowed it. When we contacted VRBO, they stated it violated their policy We felt as if we were scammed because of the confusing and false advertising of the booking. VRBO has a listed option for a PULL OUT COUCH. Had I known this did not offer 3 rooms, I would have booked other options at the time which did. Because it was last minute we were stuck with inflated prices for the weekend. When we contacted the host, there was no offer for a solution, no care to fix the situation, nor was there any want to help. We contacted VRBO who put us up into a hotel for a night and had to fight to find accommodations for the remainder of our stay.

The condo has two bedrooms, each with its en suite bathroom. The bedrooms were large with ample closet space, and double-sink vanities. Great for traveling with a family when we need to all get ready at the same time. The couch has a pull-out bed, so this should be listed as a 2 bedroom. The condo was mostly clean, though I notice that the floor could have been cleaned better. Kitchen was tight but has the basic amenities, including basic condiments and a Keurig coffeemaker. I would suggest adding a cutting board so we're not cutting on the dishes. The host was timely in answering our questions. Overall, a very smooth stay in a location close to many restaurants and convenient to Phoenix sights and Sky Harbor airport.

Our granddaughter was touring ASU. The location was excellent and we liked the condo a lot. The only thing we didn't like was that it was listed as a 3 bedroom while in reality it had 2 bedrooms and a sleeper couch in the living room

We had a very nice time and the host was great. We got an early checkin and we really liked walking to dinner around the campus. We watched spring training baseball and all of the parks we went to were close. This is a 2 bedroom property, but there is a couch in the living room.

This condo was perfect for my brothers and I while attending the golf tourney. It was comforting to know how secure the entrance and condo was.

Location was great for what we were here for! Gated property and secured parking. Everything was within walking distance to ASU. Place in general was average. Floors were dirty and feet/socks were black walking around .We did wear shoe's to walk around in unit and thankfully brought slip on shoes. Cleanliness is important to us and we were not real impressed with cleanliness. I even searched VRBO for clean properties. However, I did like that there was garbage bags, dishwasher soap, toilet paper and so on. Perfect for teenagers, but not their families to check out the campus.

My son and I traveled to Tempe for a swim meet. We needed a clean, quiet place to stay away from the hustle and bustle. This was just perfect. Easy check in/check out.

My family stayed here for 4 days because we were touring ASU. This was a fantastic location and close to everything we needed including the campuses, grocery stores, and restaurants. Beds were comfortable and we were pleased with our stay. I would’ve liked more communication with the host prior to the trip and a book of rules and recommendations at the house, but once we were there communication was quick and the hosts response time was fast. This was a good home base for our trip. I would like to return!

Stayed here in October with my family of four. Check in and communication with host was super easy. The location by ASU was perfect for our needs. Safe, secure, and comfortable place to stay. We will definitely try to book on our next trip to see our college student.

Perfect location close to campus and downtown Tempe. Very close to a light rail and streetcar stop which is super convenient. There is a reserved parking space if you have a car with plenty of additional parking available as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Only knock on the place (and to be fair, I don't know how VRBO sets up the listings. So, it could be no fault of the owner's) is that VRBO shows it as 3 bedrooms. It is not 3 bedrooms. There are two bedrooms and then a pull out couch in the living room area. Everything else was good and it worked out for us. This part of the review it simply to make sure others that may actually require 3 bedrooms to be aware. I would stay here again and actually did two weeks after this stay.

Walkable location. The condo is well kept and has a pool. My daughter and I were visiting ASU and walked to campus. The bedrooms were spacious. A few more towels would be useful.

About a 10 minute walk to ASU or the Arizona coyotes Mullett Arena. Nice and clean and good ciomnunication with property owner. We didn't use the pool so can't comment on that.

For access to ASU this is a great location. I could walk to anywhere on campus and there are food options all around. It is a comfortable condo and worked well for me. The house was generally clean but the stove top and bathroom mirrors were not cleaned, but otherwise just fine.

We were there for our Grandsons baseball tournament so we didn’t spend a lot of time at the condo. The washer and dryer were a bonus.
