I will not hasitate to book this property again.

Breakfast was very hyginic and good. The location is near to the city center. I booked second time and like the place and services as same as before. The owner and the staffs are so kind and familier.

Perfect start van ons verblijf in Nepal en prima uitvalsbasis om Katmandu en de vallei te ontdekken

De staff (met name Padang) is fantastisch. Altijd klaar om ons te helpen en voortdurend bezig om ons verblijf perfect te maken. Ook de eigenaar heet ons erg goed geholpen met tips over te bezoeken locaties en het perfect regelen van onze bus naar Pokhara. We waren ook erg blij met de warme douche waar veel water uitkwam, heerlijk. Erg aan te bevelen als startpunt Kathmandu en de vallei te ontdekken.

We waren er in januari en het was koud. Pas na een paar dagen ontdekten we de mogelijkheid om onze kamer warm te krijgen!

The stay was absolutely fantastic

I really liked the hotel's hospitality. Their staffs are very cordial and helpful. I also liked the quiet environment and privacy.

Actually, I liked everything inside the hotel and hotel premise. What I didn't like was the noise that some caged dogs continuously made by barking continuously. The dogs don't belong to the hotel but owned by somebody else outside the hotel and stay caged outside the hotel, and they continuously bark.

Excellent price and location

The cottage appeal is very unique for being in the center of southern Kathmandu. Once you step inside the gate, you feel like you are outside Kathmandu with the charm of the hills. Breakfast and dinners were great.

Bonjour nous avons été à notre arrivée trés bien accueillis , avec le sourire la gentillesse. Trés aidant pour la construction de notre voyage et de nos visites . Impression d'être accueilli dans une famille . Le lieu est exceptionnel , car à l'écart du tumulte de la ville, sur une butte . It was really good. Happy staying at the heart of Kathmandu city which accessible for major places.

The helpfulness of the staff here really made our stay! So accommodating to everything! Plus they take food order late at night. Clean, quiet but well located central to everything in Kathmandu.

great stay in the heart of Kathmandu

The cottages were so beautiful and perfectly cozy. very clean. the staff were most helpful and kind. they helped us get taxis into the city center and made recommendations for what we should do. the breakfast is amaaazing. we looked forward to it every morning. WiFi was strong. I would recommend anyone visiting Kathmandu to stay here!

Great place to stay, highly recommend.

The owner and the people were just amazing and the look of the cottage is very cosy. They were very helpful and the food was nice..

Nothing major. Few things, hot shower is intermittent as it's solar based so best shower during the day. Could do with an extension lead for phone charging in the rooms. But overall if you get the timing right both issues are minor.

Recommended if you want to get out of the noisy center

Excellent service! friendliness of the staff. the breakfast is really delicious and they helped me request a taxi when I need it to the airport, and also transfer to tourist sites by the InDrive App.

They do not do daily cleaning of the room, I must emphasize that the common areas are always impeccable. Many dogs (neighbors) are heard in the morning.

- The location is wonderful. Less than 4 Km to airport. Just the center of the city. - The owner; he is very helpful. Loves to give info about city and the life. Huge knowledge of history of Nepal. Fluent English. - The workers are kind, helpfull, quick. - Very very clean. - Comfortable beds. - Silent. - 24 hours open refrigerator. - Delicious breakfasts. - Secure rooms. - You can sit outside, drink your beer and smoke. - Hot shower. - Fast internet.
