About this house rental
The 4000m2 garden is spread over an open, planar space in front of the house, while behind the terrace overlooks the wooded dune. An outdoor tap allows you to rinse off when coming back from the beach.
It contains an entrance hall, a kitchen, a dining room and a living room, 5 bedrooms including 4 with double beds and adjoining shower rooms and a dormitory with 5 individual beds with double shower room and double sinks, two toilets separated as well as a small laundry room for washing machine, ironing board and iron. The kitchen equipment is an electric oven with mixed gas and electricity, a microwave, coffee machine, toaster, 2 refrigerators. A television, wifi and a sound tower enhance the living room. The furniture is wooden: a large extending table, a large bench and many chairs allow you to eat inside or outside on the terrace. Armchairs in removable canvas are installed on the terrace while three couches constitute the living room furniture around two coffee tables. Access to the house is via a private 30m long path between two properties, which isolates it from the street and puts it in a peaceful environment. Parking for three cars is possible at the end of this path which continues for another 30m on the pine needles before arriving at the entrance.
Household linen (bed sheets, bathroom towels, bath mat, tablecloths) and a gas plancha are available at an additional cost.
