Wonderful little spot. Backs up to the Rogue River, short walk to a city park along the river. Close to downtown, parking is right out front. My wife is a clean freak, and even she was impressed. The place was spotless, there's a washer and dryer, and kitchen all included. Everything you need is here, wish we could have stayed longer!

Apartment was clean w/ all amenities centrally located and on the Rouge River great place. I live in Brookings and go up to Grants Pass occasionally and will be staying at this location again. Thank You so much for a great stay.

The property is always amazing! The last 3 times we’ve been in the area we stay at their properties. High recommend if you are in the areas for more than a night. Shoot even for one night we will always choose this place.

Would have given an overall excellent rating if we hadn't had people above us that stomped around at 5 am and loved slamming the door every time they entered or excited, which was often. I will stick to some of Cherry and Noels other properties next time. We have stayed in several in the pass and were much more satisfied.

We found the accommodation to be clean, comfortable and convenient. We were grateful for the dog friendly property as well. Two suggestions: a small sized dishwasher would be welcomed and sharpen the knives. They’re a bit dull and you’ll have an injury from them soon if they’re not kept sharp. Otherwise- great little gem if a place!

Always impressed and pleased with our stays at Cherry’s properties. This studio is clean, smells brand new, and has everything you need for comfort and convenience. The property is lovely. Great location on a quiet cul de sac near the river. Green grass, dog cleanup supplies and well lit. Safe neighborhood, great for walking the dogs. I truly love how easy it is to check in/out and how welcome and at ease I feel bringing along my large dogs. I spoke with a couple people that worked there and they were all kind and easy going. Asked how our stay was and if we needed anything. I’m excited to stay at one of Cherry’s great properties in Grants Pass next time we’re back to visit!

As all of cherrys properties, the rental was very clean, nice decor, and stocked with many necessary items. A couple things...The water pressure was very weak. There is no dresser and no drawers in the night stands. There is only one light switch. When you turn the lights on, the whole place lights up. The nights are super bright, but the person sleeping is rudely awakened.

We spent most of our time with family at their home and just needed a quiet, clean, and cool place to sleep. Unit B was perfect. The air conditioning worked great and check in instructions were clear and easy. Would recommend for those looking to be in central GP who are looking for something similar.

If I could give 10 stars I would! It was the cleanest place I have ever stayed. Everything about this place was excellent from checking in to checking out. The grounds were beautiful. We were very impressed with this place. It was perfect in every way. It was close to downtown. The price was just right. The place was clean and just right with all the amenities. It had a washer and dryer and full kitchen. There was a beautiful welcome basket on the table. My husband enjoyed the available tea and coffee. The bed was also so comfortable. We met the owners and had a delightful conversation. It was the perfect place!

We stayed here for 10 days while visiting family & friends in the area. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pan/dinnerware/glassware; lots of quality towels and loved loved loved having a washer & dryer right there. Nice TV and we appreciated the fireplace heater (especially since we are from Florida and dang - it was cold in Oregon!) :) For us (a couple) we would have preferred some comfortable chairs instead of the futon bed piece of furniture, but other than that everything was great!
