Come get away from it all! This well-appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with open floor plan is sure to provide all the comforts of home. You'll enjoy the scenic views from the living room, dinning room and kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you'll need to prepare your meals including a blender and crockpot. The master bathroom has a jacuzzi tub to help melt off the cold after hitting the slopes or a relaxing bath after hitting the many hiking trails Wintergreen has to offer. Relax on the deck or spend your time indoors enjoying the wood burning fireplace. Wood is regularly stocked from mid-October thru mid-March and is located at the entry of the building for your convenience. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience.

We provide STARTER toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. You’ll want to bring extra. We do provide liquid dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, hand soap, and a sponge or dish cloth. We also provide 1 towel and wash cloth per guest mentioned on your reservation when you booked; hand towels will be provided as well. There is a washer & dryer but we do NOT supply the laundry detergent.

Please note: We are not considered "Resort Members" so you will not have access to The Devils Grill, Devils Knob Golf Course or the Wintergarden Spa. You may be able to book a spa treatment to access the indoor pool etc. but we HIGHLY recommend checking with the resort directly to confirm.

We highly recommend reserving your lift tickets and ski equipment in advance as they are NOT guaranteed. Check the Wintergreen Resort website for availability.

Guests will have access to the Chestnut Springs and Rodes Farm outdoor pools from 2PM to 6PM. (Memorial Day Weekend-Labor Day Weekend). A valid I.D. will be required for access. Lake Monocan is also available on Sundays, Tuesday-Friday. Check the WPOA website for hours and pricing.

The use of motorcycles are prohibited on the mountain. Guests driving motorcycles will need to park at the Wintergreen PD and have transportation up to the condo.

*This unit is pet friendly, but we ask that you keep pets off all furniture & beds and please dispose of doggie waste bags properly. Do NOT leave in hallways or on porches/decks.*

*If you lock yourself out of the unit you will be responsible for any charges that occur while getting the unit unlocked for you.*

EARLY CHECK INS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED. Check with us a few days prior to your stay to see if we can accommodate an early-check in. Early check-ins are NOT guaranteed.

This was my second stay and it was as pleasant as the first. The place is spotless and comfy. The management was helpful. The deck is spacious and the view sensational. The access for my old dog was manageable with only a few steps up/down from the deck and the front door. Of course Wintergreen is a very vertical setting so it is hard generally to find flat areas for an aging pooch but there are ways around that, and for younger ones it is no problem. Great stay and hope to come back

Cozy condo with great views of the mountains and ski area. Well stocked kitchen and very dog friendly. We typically bring kitchen and bathroom supplies when we rent, but everything we could ever need was already provided. Enjoyed evenings by the fire and didn’t turn the TV on once! The ground floor location was such a convenience when taking our dog out (5 steps to the grassy area), especially after a long day on the slopes. The kitchen is galley style so we figured out how to maneuver around. Quiet building over a holiday weekend. We would def book here again as we have stayed in this area of wintergreen a few times. The only suggestion we have is providing info on the wintergreen shuttle schedule. We noticed it stopping near the building. Parking at the ski area on the weekends can be an adventure. We look forward to returning next year!

Our family absolutely enjoyed our stay at this immaculate condo! This is our second year staying here and we will definitely book for next year as well. It has become our home away from home. The Mountain Views are breathtaking. The condo is equipped with many amenities, coffee, hot chocolate and doggy treats which our little Boston terrier loves! Thank you for being part of our holiday family traditions.

We had a lovely time staying at this condo during the peak of Fall color in the Blue Ridge Mountains. The view from the condo is beautiful. Our older dog with back problems appreciated having to go down only 5 steps to get from the condo’s deck to the very large grassy area. The condo was well provisioned, clean and cozy. We plan to rent this condo again soon. :-)

You can tell so much love and attention was spent on this beautiful property with amazing views. Felt like being in your own warm home with so many special touches, thoughtful decorations, cozy blankets and anything else you might want or need. This was a super place.. Everything inside the condo was convenient, comfortable and clean. Most importantly the deck was great --not just the view, but very private and only five steps down to the greenway, which was ideal for getting my old dog in and out. We could also go out the front (two small sets of stairs) and over to the nice path along the golf course. Everything was perfect for us and we even extended our stay by a few days. Strongly recommend this condo, especially for a dog owner.

Excellent overall but had to remove one star for the following: - Had a really hard time finding the property at night. Recommend future visitors use "Overlook Condos" for on line directions. We used the stated address and supplied maps but they weren't much help. Had to call manager to find it but she answered right away and helped us. out. -Outside flood lights shine directly into the Master bedroom. Shades not sufficient to block it and it was like day light in there after dark. Needs heavy drapes installed in that area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view is absolutely magical, which made drinking coffee in the mornings even more so. The condo has everything you would need from linens to dishes, utensils, coffee filters, even oil for frying up some eggs. We highly recommend this place and will to our friends and family. Can't wait to visit again!

Peace on the top of the mountain. The property is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. Decor was very tasteful and the kitchen was stocked with coffee, hot chocolate, tea, and other items. The mountain view was spectacular. We came off-season (for hiking in Shenandoah and the area) so it was very quiet in the building and on the resort. This property was the perfect home base for a weekend of hiking with our family. What a fantastic time.

This condo was perfect for our family of four plus dog. We kept the wood burning fire place going in the evenings, picked up pizza from Upper Crust for dinner one night, and cooked our other meals in the well stocked kitchen. We had the pleasure of visiting during winter storm Kenan. It was very, very cold, but the kids loved skiing! We hope to be back in the warmer months to enjoy the other attractions in the area. Thank you for sharing your wonderful condo!

We were very comfortable and happy with the condo. Views were excellent, beds were very comfortable, and very close to the slopes. Watching the snowfall from the living room was an added bonus. Kitchen was well-equipped, and we really enjoyed the fireplace and Jacuzzi tub in the evenings. We will definitely book again!

This condo was exactly as pictured and described. Beautiful inside and out. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed, making meal prep very easy. The views were amazing and the nearby trails were easy to get to for me and my dog. The mountain top Market and restaurants were easy to get to and get a meal or pickup things we forgot. This condo and mountain resort gave us a very Merry Christmas.
