Това че спалнята беше удобна и че в Спато беше топло.
Малкия басейн и храната в кухнята не че имахме включена храна към цената.

The hotel is located in the heart of Pavel Bania.
The room had a desk but not a chair. Overall the room and the bathroom were not very clean. The pool had no rails to hold and the water was not mineral. They informed us that is mixed but I doubt it. Out of the pool is challenging to walk on the slippery floor. Nobody cared to empty the trash in the room or to change the towels. Waste of money if you expect to have some treatment, good if you care about watching TV.

Centrally located, easy to find, fabulous spa section, very comfortable bed. Quiet, relaxed atmosphere. Slept very well after soaking in the healing water.
Bring your own slippers. If you want to ask a question in English you must call or write since on the premises no one speaks English (nor can be bothered to attempt to communicate).

Spa was totally worth it if you ignore the jacuzzis. Amazing heated loungers and a boiling hot pool. Sauna was great even if the steam room didn't seem to be working. Includes some ice water to dunk in and even pull over your head. Shuts at 7pm so just make sure you leave time to check it out.
Our room was clean and washed robes in the wardrobe for you to take to the Spa. Beds were comfy and a nice size. Room included a fridge so we could keep some drinks cool.
Breakfast was only .45p and we loved it. (typical balkan breakfast buffet- fried toast, boiled eggs, cheese, tomato, cucumber, olives, 3-1 coffee, juice, water).
Yes other reviews were right, wasn't a receptionist but the girl from the cafe was polite and spoke English. Honestly don't see the problem there, the cafe was quiet and she let us know everything we needed to know.
Although still modern looking on the surface it's a little rough round the edges. Mostly just the bathrooms showing a bit of limescale on some tiles and large shower head because the water is so hard here. Honestly not a problem for us because the price was so good.
Because of the SPA and breakfast these are such small problems for what you're paying.
The jacuzzis do need a clean though 🙏.

Great SPA area, comfy rooms.
No separation in the shower, be prepared to have all the water on your WC

Everything was just excellent! The spa is beautiful (pictures don't do justice with it!) The massage was great, the jacuzzi on the roof is a dream 🥰 and the location is right in the center of town. We'll be back!
Make sure you ask for a double bed otherwise it may be 2 singles... Not very comfy for a couple...

Good location , clean and staff
Noisy location in the morning , very cheap breakfast

It is a new and very cosy hotel. The people working there are nice and helpful.
The breakfast was of a very limited choice. It was also quite greasy. A small improvement there would be perfect.

Breakfast can be better
