Appliances include a refrigerator, freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker, and the cabinets are stocked with cookware, dishes, glasses, and utensils. The granite peninsula provides extra counter space and a place for an appetizer buffet!

• Minnestay uses a third-party to screen the identity and check criminal databases for all guests in order to confirm a reservation. • This is a 100% smoke-free property (tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, etc). There is no smoking allowed on the balconies, rooftop patio, or within 25 feet of the building's entrances. Fees will be assessed for smoking in the building or unit.
• This property may have a noise monitoring device on the interior of the home. Additional noise monitoring devices may be located in gathering spaces on the exterior of the home, as well.
• No events - This home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, Bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions.
• No pets allowed at Sable. This includes both in the units as well as common areas of the building including the 9th Floor Rooftop deck and 1st Floor Member's Lounge. Certified Service Animals are welcome (does not include emotional support animals) and will need to be mentioned prior to booking.
• Quiet hours: 10PM-7AM, strictly enforced. Noise violations could result in a minimum fee of $150 per violation.
• The Fitness Center facility is located in a neighboring building and is available for use at $10 per day plus taxes. Please inquire to reserve a pass for your stay.
• This building is located in an urban, downtown area and you may experience construction noise during your stay. As such, refunds will not be provided for noise-related disturbances.
• There are security cameras located on site.
• Loss of keys, key fobs, and/or parking passes will incur a $250 fee per key/fob/pass.
• Fines up to $2000 per violation will be accessed to anyone found breaking these rules.
• Direct Bookings or other online booking sources may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee.

Property exactly as described, and the location was perfect. Walked to a Twins game and found tons of great food options within a couple of blocks. Neighborhood was quieter than we expected as well. My 80-something mother-in-law has not been to the metro in many years, and lives in a town of 200 people. She was wowed by the comfortable stay and fun cosmopolitan neighborhood. We'd definitely stay here again.

Sable 75 downtown Minneapolis
Went to vikings game with family. Overall stay was good. Location was great. Plenty of things to do around there. Checkin was fine, just a lot of keys to hang on to. The building and neighborhood feels safe. The place felt clean however there was a chapstick under the TV and used ear plug under the table. Some left behind food which we were ify about using. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

The stay was great. The check in process was a little confusing but that was mostly on me because I didn't read through the emailed directions. Please read the emailed information if you book with Minnestay. Their directions are really thorough and very helpful if you actually read it. The building is in a great location near great restaurants and bars. We hope to fly back and stay there again for a Vikings game.

Key fobs were a nightmare!! Bldg manager never returned calls. First 24-36 hours were nuts trying to get fobs and parking passes to work for all involved.

This property was absolutely beautiful! The area is very easy to access from the freeway and there is tons of shopping and places to eat near the bnb. There is a roof top with fire pits and cute couches to enjoy. That was a huge plus that we didn’t know about! The only cons we had was the mattress on the pull out couch was VERY thin and uncomfortable. We also had issues with getting out of the parking garage. We ended up needing to pay for a lost ticket however the host was able to refund the cost of it for us. They were very quick to communicate and answer my questions. We would 100% stay here again!
