ADMIRALS QUARTERS #1204 – A wonderful experience on the beautiful beaches and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico awaits you when you check into this spacious unit at Admirals Quarters, a premier condominium resort located in Orange Beach, Alabama. Whether you want a relaxing visit enjoying the relaxation of all of the comforts of home with stunning views of the beach or are looking for fun in the sun by day and delicious food and exciting night life in the evening, you can find no better place than this wonderful condominium at the Admirals Quarters. If you are looking for first class accommodations with all of the amenities you could hope for, including a beach front swimming pool, heated indoor pool, exercise room and sauna, look no further than the Admirals Quarters and Unit 1204.

Unit 1204 is located on the 12th floor of a 14 story building. It has 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths with a spectacular view of the Gulf. There is a spacious private balcony accessible from the family room and master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed and private bath. The second bedroom has a king size bed and private bath. Both bedrooms have brand new mattresses and beddings (May 2020). There is a half bath and separate laundry room with full size brand new (May 2020) washer & dryer located off the main hallway. New bath linens (May 2020). There is a fully equipped kitchen with views of the Gulf of Mexico. The family room is very spacious with enough room for the whole family and a brand new 75 in. Smart TV. A large separate dining area that seats 6 adjoins the family area. You will not find a more spacious or accommodating location at this price.

The complex has two outdoor grills available for guest usage.

This was a very nice, clean and well equipped condo in a very nice & not overly crowded complex. The location was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this condo and the owners (Jimmy & Mandy Barton), who were very easy to work with and went out of their way to make our stay perfect. You will not be disappointed if you book their condo for your next beach trip to Orange Beach.

Just wow! Things we loved…Our top 5. 1) Cleanliness! Absolutely the cleanest condo we have ever rented, hands down. 2) Location. Close to so many restaurants and activities in OB, Perdido Key, and Gulf Shores 3) Balcony is amazing, wonderful views! 4) Communication and check-in was top notch. 5) Best seat in the house for fireworks!! Walk to the beach and you’ll have a front row seat!

Wonderful location right on the beach. The unit is very clean and spacious. The only "complaint” is maybe some board games for the rainy afternoons. We loved it and will definitely be back! Great hosts with great communication.

We had an incredible stay at the Admirals Quaters in Orange Beach! The location was perfect—right on the beach with stunning ocean views. The condo itself was impeccably clean and had everything we needed, The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to enjoy meals on the spacious balcony. The amenities were top-notch, including a gorgeous pool and well-maintained fitness center. The owners were friendly and responsive, ensuring our stay was flawless. Being close to fantastic restaurants and shops was a huge plus. We can't wait to return to this amazing spot for another unforgettable vacation!

We all enjoyed our stay At Orange Beach! The condo is just beautiful and very clean and comfortable with a magnificent view of the Gulf. Only 2 things that I would suggest would to get a keurig and a cutting board for the kitchen! Everything else is there for your use. Beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are large. The laundry room definitely comes in handy and the washer and dryer are huge. We will definitely be staying here again! Highly recommend!!!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo! Everything was as advertised. Mandy and her husband were very accommodating and helpful with each step in the booking process. I received a phone call from Mandy the day of our arrival to touch base, which was wonderful. When we arrived, the condo was very nice and very clean! Mandy even left us a personal handwritten note welcoming us to the condo. The note was accompanied by some goodies to enhance our arrival. Simply put, I cannot say enough kind things about the condo and owners! My family and I were so glad we found this condo and booked it!

We loved our stay in Orange Beach! The condo was spotless and perfectly located right on the beach. We had so much room to spread out in and the balcony overlooking the ocean topped it all off! Beds were super comfortable too. We will definitely be back sooner rather than later. Give this 10 stars! We couldn’t recommend this place more… nice pool and great view of the ocean. Easy walk or bike ride to the park and restaurants. Staff at the condo were all very helpful and friendly. We literally enjoyed every minute of our time here. Oh and love the ice maker! Definitely hope to come back again someday.

We have been renting condos in the Destin area for the past 30 years and decided for a change of scenery this trip. We were not disappointed with our choice of this condo and the location. The property is just as described and the communication with the owner was second to none. The owner is very well organized with the rental process and had a true concern for making our stay a very enjoyable one with multiple communications at the start of the rental process all the way down to our last day at the property. If you are looking for a condo rental in Orange Beach area you can't go wrong with this one.

The location is fantastic. You are within walking distance of restaurants and stores. The area has a lot to offer and is a great choice if you want some beach time. The bedrooms are good size and the beds themselves are comfortable. We didn't use the jacuzzi tub but it's a nice feature as well. We did our own cooking most of the time so having a dish washer was nice. We had a great time.

We booked this condo last minute for quick getaway to the beach. Despite colder weather, we still enjoy our stay. Great views from the patio where we enjoyed our morning coffee. The condo was spacious, very clean, and well appointed with everything we needed. The owner was very responsive and communicated well before and after check out. Location to Flor-Bama line was close and convenient to some nice restaurants and bars we enjoyed. Would definitely stay there again.

This is a wonderful condo with everything you need. Beautiful views of the gulf from the lanai. We thoroughly enjoyed our week. Mindys recommendations for nearby eateries were very helpful. What attracted me to this condo was the 12th floor location (we like to be able to look out over the beach and ocean from high above) and its spaciousness. Plenty of room with 2 and a half bathrooms! Communication with the owner was excellent. We hope to be able to stay here again on our next trip to Orange Beach!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The condo is very spacious for a two-bedroom unit and has the bonus of an extra half-bath! The complex is very well situated relative to several great places to eat, plus Publix and Rouse's. Because we had a bit of a medical emergency while there, I can also say that Mandy (the owner) was very quick to respond by text with information of hospitals (which we thought we might need at one point). We also found that there is an EXCELLENT urgent care just a few minutes away and a Walgreen's even closer for the prescription we needed.

Very nice property. A little older but larger than newer condos we've stayed in. Very accurate description, pictures on VRBO. Excellent communication with owners. Owners left welcome note and gifts. Never experienced that before with previous rentals, and we've been renting beach condos for at least thirty years. And Orange Beach offers a lot of great restaurants.

Mandy was a wonderful host. Our family would highly recommend this property. From the handwritten note, to the lip balm and sunscreen, to the hometown chex mix left for us, we were extremely satisfied with our stay. She was very accommodating and the kitchen was very well equipped for cooking. Plenty of towels were provided and the TV was great! Professional, communicated well and provided good customer service.
