Wunderbare Location - wunderbares Personal

Wir verbrachten drei wundervolle Tage hier. Das Bungalow „hängt“ in den Bergen mit Blick auf den Ort und die umliegende Landschaft. Nichts von den gezeigten Foto auf Booking ist geschönt. Vor Ort sieht es genau so wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Alles ist sehr sauber. Das Personal ist tadellos, hilfsbereit und immer für den Gast da. Schade, dass man nicht einmal etwas Englisch spricht. Die Anfahrt ist recht gut ausgeschildert und leicht zu finden. Es gibt eine kleine Bar an der Cocktails und Speisen zubereitet werden. Es wird alles auf‘ s Zimmer gebracht. Auch das Frühstück. Wir können diese Unterkunft bedenkenlos weiter empfehlen

amazing, romantic and beautiful stay

lovely property, views were amazing over the whole town. the room we stayed in was lovely, it had a balcony with a jacuzzi overlooking a beautiful view. you could watch sunset from your bed through the glass doors over the balcony, absolutely stunning. also loved the warm outdoor shower and bathroom! the food was delicious, we had a delicious breakfast in the sun outside our room each morning and we ordered burgers to our room for sunset one evening. the staff were soooo helpful and lovely. one top tip - the hotel is difficult to find so ask them for the number of a taxi driver they know, he is cheap and knows how to get there and picks you up wherever you are very quickly

the jacuzzi was cold, would have loved for it to be warm.

Once we arrived, the stay was awesome!

The cabana was spectacular! The view of the valley and the town of San Gil is unmatched. Very cool waking up to the sound of the birds in the trees right off the patio was very cool.

This place is very difficult to find. The video they send you is ok, but doesn't help much. Had make many calls to the property to find and was still difficult to locate. Google maps and Waze don't function to find, probably due to cell signal loss in the mountains.

Exceptional

The accomodation surpassed our expectations, even more beautiful than we imagined. Spacious room, tranquil environment. Excellent WIFI etc. We received a warm welcome and the staff was very responsive to questions and attentive to anything we needed throughout our stay (for example: support with instructions for taxi, food delivery, etc). Would definitely recommend!

You have to pay part of your stay in advance through a link. After years of using Booking, this was a first for us, so we checked with customer service and they confirmed this is normal.

Amazing place

The glamping was amazing the room has excellent space and beautiful view of the city. The staff was always aware of our needs, they help with the decoration of the place since it was a special date and they were very aware of us
